I placed an order yesterday, 4/11/26, didn’t receive an email stating they received my order, I guess I figured this big company would at least send an email.

Product came damaged, I returned it. Was told the one stays open so u can put chain in it. They kept part of my money and everything was returned. The wristlet broke within 3 days. Junk
The only cute purse is way too small. Once your phone is in it there isn't room for anything else. And they look cheap. Poor quality "vegan leather". Threads hanging off everywhere.
And if you want to return it...you are only going to get about 50% of your purchase price back. They charge you $8 to return it, then you still have to pay to actually ship it back! Horrible! I wish I would have ordered it through amazon!
