Savills - don't waste your time, energy or money

Savills - the most non responsive property company we have ever dealt with. Serious buyers for a commercial property, just ignored time and time again. Sent the 4th email today and have now given up.

Savills George Pride

I rented through Savills between 2022 and 2026 with George Pride as our property manager. In my experience it is extremely rare to have any London property agents acting professionally, promptly and treating issues fairly and proactively. George is one of those exceptions and delivers a commendable level of service

Great experience with Bailey as our property manager

We had an excellent experience while renting a property with Bailey Chan as our property manager.

In particular, he was
- Super responsive to our emails
- Always approachable, friendly and clear in his communications
- Regularly checkong in after significant events (having a new dryer installed, smoke detector fitted, investigation for a leak etc.) to check whether things went well and that our issues were resolved
- Generally just very competent; we never had to repeat ourselves, refer back to content in previous emails, chase replies after long waits etc, which has been a big frustration with estate agents in the past

Would highly recommend!

Petworth Office. Daniel was superb in every way

Daniel was superb in every way. From the moment I signed on with Savills he handled every detail promptly and efficiently. Beyond my expectations. I had some heath issues in the middle of the sale and had to pause everything for a month. Daniel kept in constant contact with my buyer and myself. He was always considerate and very polite. He is an asset to the firm.

Manager Cynthia Javori

Absolutely terrible experience with this company and manager (Cynthia javori)
I moved in my flat and asked the previous manager if bathroom fan was working properly and he said everything was fine....few months down the line serious mold on walls and fumes built up in my linen cupboard....i realised quickly what was happening...although it got resolved the attitudes of managers in this company was very uncaring....VERY.....i had to throw away alot of my belongings due to the mould issue. I had to sleep in my car for 3 months due to me being allergic to the mould with mucus and coughing and sore eyes that led to coughing up blood.
I asked for help to change my carpets and the answer was always no! they look fine! The radiator in the bathroom never worked in 8 years! PLEASE STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION!
I am now very happy in my NEW HOME and regret renting with Savills for 8 long years! My NEW LANDLORD is flexable to talk to at anytime!
Whatever you do.....DO NOT RENT AT
THE GREEN AT FAYGATE HORSHAM !!!
Dishing out section 21 to disabled people is absoutely disgusting!

Positive experience as a tenant!

Positive experience as a tenant dealing with Savills. They were responsive and attentive during both the move in and move out of our tenancy. Our property manager Maria was ace - no complaints!

Best Agency - Highly Recommend

Had the pleasure of working with Savills Westminster team for 4 years now. Big thank you to Matt and Fiona for making everything easy and seamless.

I gave my London property to them from abroad, safe to say you can trust them with your eyes closed. Quick replies, fast problem solving capabilities and very attentive through out the entire process.

Demonstrated poor integrity and subpar customer service

Very poor customer service, they did not act with integrity or professionalism. Neither branch nor head office attempted to rectify the situation either. All in all, a disappointing experience as a prospective tenant.Do not recommend this agency.

Savills are the management company for…

Savills are the management company for the house next door which is rented out. Over 18 months ago, a brick post on the drive which belonged to that house toppled over onto my path. This was reported by previous tenants, new tenants and myself on several occasions but the brick post has not moved and is too heavy for me to pick up and move onto their drive. The inconvenience is to me not the house it belongs to. I cannot use my path to take bins in and out as this prevents it. Apparently, the landlord is also aware. I rang Savills, the management company, several times last year and was fobbed off or advised it will be sorted that week...and it never was and nobody came back to me. Happy to take the fee but not taking up problems caused. If anyone trips over and hurts themsleves (and lets face it any trip can result in a potential death) the claim will be on Savills. I hadn't left feedback earlier as wanted to give them a chance but this is ridiculous!!!! I could only put date of experience as May 25 but it happened in December 24.

Staff members are always helpful

Savills' Wandsworth office has managed my flat rental for 6 years and it's largely been smooth and hassle-free. Everyone with whom I've dealt at the Wandsworth office has been friendly and helpful. The five star rating is for each of them, individually, with Maria J being especially helpful in recent months. (Overall, my experience has been nearer to 4 stars because of changes in staff that challenge continuity of service).

“Terrible experience with this agency

“Terrible experience with this agency. Over the course of a year and a half, I had more problems than anything else. Communication was very poor, issues were handled slowly, and the overall organisation seemed inefficient. It often felt like team members were not communicating with each other, which created even more confusion and stress. Overall, I found the service highly unprofessional. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.”

Savills Petworth excellent service

Savills in Petworth,and David Vawdrey in particular, were brilliant in my recent house-house-selling experience. Always there for questions and updates and proactive in checking progress down the chain. All staff were courteous and friendly at all times, I would strongly recommend them , and thank David for his support.

Great experience

I've had a great experience with Savill's Clerkenwell. The rental has been very good in general, and property management flawless. All the staff have been great, and my current property manager, George Pride, has been totally on top of things. All issues have been sorted quickly, professionally and without any hassle. I found Tanika who works as Savilles to be friendly, professional and honest also which helped me to make informed decisions for viewings that she had also organised for myself to find a rental property.
