I would strongly discourage any business from trusting Savior with website access or digital account control.
During my relationship with this agency, my website was hacked. I ultimately had to work directly with my hosting company myself to get the site cleaned up. Savior did not provide a clear or competent resolution.
After I terminated the relationship, the situation got worse. They retained control over important business accounts tied to my company, including Google Ads and related tracking access, and more than a month later, I still have not been given full control back. My own payment method is attached to the account, yet I am left without the ability to manage it properly.
Communication was delayed, incomplete, and often nonexistent. I spent weeks trying to recover access to my own business assets, without success.
Based on my experience, I would not trust Savior or their CEO, Monet St. Juste, with website administration, account access, or any part of a company’s digital infrastructure.
