Happy with these guys

5 star!!!

I must say, my experience with Saxons 4x4 has been seamless.

This is the second car I have bought from them. The first was from Ismail, and he couldn’t have done more to help us. We were so happy with the service that we went back and bought another car, this time from Ali. Again, the whole process was seamless and he was incredibly helpful throughout.

The handover was done by Jorden (“Mr Watch Man”), and the service from all three was fantastic. Considering the amount of cars these guys sell, you still receive a very personal service.

Highly recommended.

sold me a faulty car and 3k worth of warranty that doesnt cover anything, car was dirty when picked up, after sales is non existant

Complete waste of time.

I visited Saxtons in Chelmsford today having called to make an appointment with Alvin to view a Mercedes GLC. I arrived on time and was seen by Michael, who like Alvin was polite and courteous.
I was shown to the vehicle on the ground floor of their showroom. The vehicle’s presentation was appalling, it had no mats and a large hole in the carpet in the driver’s footwell. Additionally the nearside looked like it had been polished with an oily rag! It was generally scruffy and all I can say is that it was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time.

Tiean was amazing

Tiean was amazing, I felt a little bit out of place when I first walked into the showroom but she immediately made me feel welcome. Big smile, friendly face. A true asset to Saxton's thank you! Jenna sorted out the finances so thank you

Mo and Jordan were amazing

Mo and Jordan were amazing, we liked the finance and the Q8. Best salesman and brilliant business manager. I will be back and my friends liked the service so much they will come back also. So busy but so efficient!

Great service at Saxton Chelmsford.

Great service at Saxton Chelmsford.
On the first visit staff was very helpful. We went back the next day and purchased our Audi Q7. All staff helpful especially Ali the manager. Also they offer unlimited hot and cold drinks and biscuits which the little ones enjoyed. Thank you to all the team.
