I love this brand. This is actually my fourth order. Model 89 love. The vision is great and I'm happy about every tree. My experience with customer service has been excellent the last few times. One small wish: maybe it would be possible to make the shoes a little more durable. They already last a long time, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of sustainability.

After ordering my first pair of shoes from SAYE I was so excited for them to arrive. I loved the colour, style and the ethics of the company.
Firstly, the shoes took around 20 days to arrive - not the 7-10 days they advertised. During this period they also notified me that the promotion that was running where you get a tote bag included in your purchase was now a single pair of socks. Obviously this is not the end of the world, but a let down nonetheless.
Then you have the quality. The shoes feel cheaper than cheap. Stitching already loose, the sole pressing out after the first wear, lace holes stretching after one week and the whole shoe distorting in shape because there is NO internal support in the shoe.
I would be happy if I paid £20 for these shoes in a market. Absolute robbery that the full price was £170! Luckily I got them on sale at just over £100 but this is still ridiculous.
Maybe I got a defected pair of trainers and the rest are up to standards, however please take this as a warning before ordering from SAYE. The quality is the WORSTE I have ever seen. I will be lucky if the shoes last me 4 months before falling apart.

I ordered a pair of shoes and everything went perfectly! The ordering process was smooth, delivery was on time, and the shoes arrived exactly as described. The packaging was neat and protective, and the quality of the shoes is excellent. Overall, a very positive experience — I’ll definitely order again!

can honestly say the comfiest pair of shoes i’ve ever owned, held up super well and look gorgeous. they’re also vegan and environmentally friendly. can’t recommend highly enough!

I used to be a loyal fan of SAYE. I purchased several shoes, recommended the brand to friends, and truly admired their ethical and sustainable message. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed my perception.
I bought a pair of sneakers (150 €) in size 43, but they were too big, so I requested a size exchange for 42. After trying them on, I decided they didn’t fit well and asked for a return. Initially, I was told that returns weren’t possible after a size exchange — something that was not clearly communicated anywhere during the purchase process.
Eventually, SAYE agreed to accept the return as an exception, which I appreciated. I followed their return process exactly as instructed, and they confirmed I would receive a refund once they received the shoes.
That was in May.
It’s now mid-July and I’m still waiting for the 150 € refund. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails — all completely ignored. No updates, no refund, no customer support.
It’s unacceptable for a modern brand to treat customers this way, especially one that claims to value transparency and trust. I’m deeply disappointed and feel let down by a company I used to admire.
Unless this is resolved soon, I cannot recommend SAYE to anyone.

The price I paid for on the website was €105, while the same shoe is being sold for €99 by the brand themselves on the SHOP app (same model, same size).
Customer service has been poor on this, it’s been 4 business days without an acknowledgement of the issue and I do not know if they will price match.
It’s also been 4 business days without any shipping information on my order (I am also based in the EU). Safe to assume they have not processed my order in these 4 business days.
Giving 2 stars because they do have a good selection of shoes with many models and colors, and I like the business model.
