Great shoes!

I ordered a vegan trainer online because it is good for the environment and the style looks good. However, the shoes were stolen during delivery, and I never received my order. I contacted the SAYE customer team, but they were not helpful at all. They refused to either refund or send me a new pair. They left me alone and told me politely that it was my problem. In the past, I ordered from another company (Everlane), and the same thing happened. They sent a replacement immediately without any questions. So if you would like to purchase anything from this company, be ready that you are on your own if anything goes wrong in delivery. I live in London and sometimes theft of the boxes happens..

Exceptional Sneakers – Durable, Comfortable, and Timeless

I purchased two pairs of sneakers for myself in 2020 and another pair for my girlfriend in 2022, and I couldn’t be happier with them. These shoes have been my go-to choice during spring, summer, and autumn, only swapping to warmer footwear when temperatures drop below 3°C.

The comfort level is outstanding – I wear them almost daily, and they’ve kept my feet feeling great no matter how much walking or standing I do. Aesthetically, they still look really good, even after years of use. I wash them once a year, and they clean up good. Despite heavy use, they’ve proven incredibly durable and maintained their style. Maybe using them alternatively is making the difference.

My girlfriend doesn’t wear hers as often, and her pair still looks brand new.

These sneakers are stylish, and well-crafted – I honestly don’t think I could switch to any other brand or type. Highly recommended!

I got a pair of Modelo 89 Icon Sayes and I loved the look of the shoes and they fit comfortably immediately. Unfortunately the “vegan leather” began cracking after about 2 months of wearing the shoes. It had cracked in almost every spot where there is movement. They now look worn like I’ve had them for years.

For a brand that markets themselves as sustainable, these shoes are the complete opposite. I like buying shoes that will last me for years and limit waste, but will need to throw these out after a short 3 months.

The product is very high quality and the whole purchase experience shipping / delivery was very quick and smooth.

The shoes are beautiful and well made, but if you have higher arches, the straps are not large enough. When I’d secure the straps, the underside of the Velcro was showing and was rather unsightly. I opted to return.

It's nice to see a fully vegan shoe company! I bought three pairs for myself and two for my wife, and I’m really happy with my choice. The shoes look great, don’t appear bulky on the feet, and feel light and comfortable. I also appreciate the variety of styles, including low-top, high-top, laceless options, and even a “suede leather” look.

However, I did have a small issue with one of my pairs. My Model 89 Caramel sneakers started to crack slightly at the lower front side after just a few months. I’m guessing the material might differ from the fully white models, which seem to hold up better.

Everything was fine and fast.

Right off the bat the materials were very cheap, I highly doubt these will last for more than a few months and they just lack of lot of comfort. They look like nurse shoes for some reason too. They make it hard to return as well and use DHL??? Save your money

The shoes arrived in a timely manner but were unfortunately a bit too small. Saye was prompt with assistance and they sent me a return code with an offer to exchange sizes! My new pair are on the way now and I'm more than excited to show them off when they arrive!
