You have charged me for my order including postage and you have not sent it and say there is no order number even tho you have been paid and the funds have left my account.

Hi Stacey
Sorry there still seems to be some confusion over your order. As we discussed over numerous email exchanges when you use our build your own gift you have to add a gift box to the order where you pay for shipping as well. We cannot send a gift out without the gift box or shipping being paid.
We reached out twice to ask you to purchase the box along with shipping but did not hear back from you so subsequently could not dispatch. We also offered you the option to refund it but again did not hear.
Once we finally heard from you and managed to convince you to complete the purchase we dispatched your order within the next two hours that afternoon. I can see it was actually delivered the very next day by 10AM. You also received 2 email notifications to let you know we had dispatched your order which also include the order number which you claim you don’t have.

Arrived late but contents brilliant
Package was not delivered in a timely manner despite paying extra however when it did arrive the recipient was delighted with yhe contents. Company were very responsive when I contacted them. Contents of box were brilliant and put a real smile on my chums face.. product is great.

It is really the best option
It is really the best option. I live in Mexico and my boyfriend in the UK, and it was the best experience. Everything arrived just as in the photographs and of very high quality. In my case, I ordered the Zorro socks and they are beautiful. They are just wonderful at delivering amazing boxes.

Above and beyond customer service
I was desperate to get Christmas treats for my colleagues for our last in-person day at work for the year but had left it till the last minute. Craig Baker of sayheygifting was AMAZINGLY helpful on a Saturday and we all got our treats on the Monday. Really great customer service - almost like "the old days" you see in films when shopkeepers cared about their customers 😆. Above and beyond. Will use again for sure!

Fantastic box of treats
