Sazmining Reviews 

Not a great experience so far. Poor com’s & deployment times. My rig is slated to run at 120 THS and hasn’t hit over 100. I will change the review and update if my experience changes.

Update: as of April 15th I still have yet to receive any BTC and they are still shutting down rigs even through the temps are in the 70’s in Paraguay. It took one person 150 days to get their rigs active.

Update: got my first payout. Apparently they’re working on the downtime issues…. Still wouldn’t recommend but moving from 1 star to 3.

New SazMining customer here. The enrollment process was very easy, despite some factors outside of Saz's control. (The initial computer I ordered went out-of-stock, and their team was attentive and helpful in selecting an alternative).

The entire team is communicative and helpful, from sales to general support to their leadership team. Their developer even jumped on a call with me during signup. All of that for a customer planning to buy a single computer.

It says a lot when a company offers even their low-spend customers a white-glove treatment.

We're so early ;) but I'm very satisfied with the experience so far.

Respect for this firm on responsiveness and uptime. They got the operation moving quickly and dealt with problems as they appeared (got things running, make it pretty as we go, approved).

Help desk responds quickly and professionally, and even 'escalations' when required are dealt with timely.

Definitely buy from them going forward and wish this team luck. Takes guts these days to start a business, as always.

I ordered a rig in December 2023, I received nothing from them, not a single email even after the money was sent. I reached out and got ahold of a leader, who explained the “miscommunication” and committed to resolving it and did promptly As of Feb 18, 2024 all fixed.

I ordered 6 mining rigs and with the rising price of bitcoin they are nearly paid off in the first year. This company is good in their communications and very transparent. Highly recommend.

The Sazming team is professional and has great customer care. I shipped some of my own rigs to their Paraguay facility and they handled everything from there on. They know how to run a mining operation that has high uptime and they stay informed on the latest developments for optimising the efficiency of the mining rigs to the benefit of their customers.

Running a mining operation has risks, but Sazmining gives me confidence they have the skills to do it. I'm glad I chose to use their service and host my rigs with them!

I was fortunate enough to make my first purchase and set up my account with Sazmining. Very simple, easy to do. I did run into one problem with the 2FA Which is very important, anyone in cryptocurrency knows it is a absolute security protocol. Sazmining was all over this for me? Customer service had a immediate respond to my problem. They were unable to fix it right away. But they did not waste any time they contacted me with their lead tech support and corrected the problem right away and not wasting a lot of my time. Like some of these other companies that just want to email you back-and-forth or have you open up a ticket? It goes back-and-forth forever. I'm here to tell you not with sazmining. They have some new idea that customer service is important and that the customer comes first, and that my needs are more important.(who would have thought) I'm Impressed with the type of service they are providing. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for great product and good service.

The platform is easy use, team and customer service always quick to respond, and leadership transparent and mission oriented focusing on the environment just as much as bitcoin.

I’ve been in the BTC space a while, and it’s clear not all mining solutions are created equal. The same is true for mining companies. After working with Sazmining since placing my first deposit in April 2022, what I can tell you about them is this:
-They have done what they promised me 100% of the time to date.
-The product speaks for itself. But it’s been the simplest creation of passive income I’ve ever done (outside of dividend stocks on Robinhood, maybe)
-The Power agreement they negotiated on behalf of their customers is significantly better (and therefore more profitable) that what you pay elsewhere.
-Every time I have had a question or concern it has been addressed within 24 hours. Usually within a couple hours. The staff has been incredibly responsive and the telegram channel they use is really engaged by clients and the team.

If you’re into Bitcoin mining, do your due diligence on these people and you will come to the same conclusion I did. I am sure of it.

These guys do it all. You get to own the miner, and all purchase costs and bitcoin mined are displayed brilliantly with graphs and tables. Moreover, they exclusively use cheap, renewable energy. This means that if you want to exit during the next Bitcoin peak, you could potentially sell the miners themselves, which often increase in price relative to Bitcoin. They filled their first facility, powered by hydro energy, within the first three months of operation. The monthly subscription cost even includes on-site security! They have really considered every last detail, and I am happy to be mining with them.

I was hemming and hawing on buying a rig with Sazmining but when their facility started to fill up, I finally bought in.
The experience of buying my rig was seamless on the site. I didn't know when it was going to get to the facility though so I contacted their team to enquire, and they got back to me immediately. Also, I was surprised that they actually met the timeline they gave me! My rig was sent to the facility and it was up and running within 2 weeks of purchasing the rig. Their dashboard also gives me all the information on the performance of my rig and the timeline for my payouts.

Highly recommend this team. They're transparent, they clearly care about their customer inquiries, AND they're committed to mining with 100% renewable energy. One of the best fully-managed bitcoin mining services out there. Keep up the good work, Sazmining!

I was on the original waitlist and started with 2 miners…after starting to receive the deposits and not wanting to invest too much into Bitcoin all at once but rather over a 3-4 year period of the life of a mining rig, it made sense to purchase another. I had a minor hiccup and reached out to their customer service late on a Friday evening and Kent the President/COO not only responded but IMMEDIATELY resolved the issue. Kudos to him setting the standard for his brand and team. I’m excited about the future opportunities this company has to offer! Bitcoin to the moon! LFG!

Company has a legitimate product which is in demand by people and interacting with the team has been great. I’ve been able to enjoy not only the service provided but also the education that comes from company team members on a weekly basis.

Poor communication, and didn't abide by their own agreement. Would rate a "zero" star if I could.

I found the Sazmining team to be responsive, professional and transparent. The hardest thing to find in this industry is a transparent, conservative team that isn’t trying to just get rich quick and over leveraging everything to grow quickly. With Sazmining they walked me through full status of their facilities, how ownership of the rig works, where I fully own the rig, and also the health of the company which is well positioned, not in debt, and will be here in the long term.

I love having access to Sazmining's unique business model. In particular, the concept of targeting the smaller investors is attractive. Any contact I have enjoyed with the staff has been honest, helpful and oriented towards great customer service. I would give more stars if I could.

I like the idea of owning the machines and generating passive income over time. I got in line early and my one and only question was answered promptly. Sazmining has done a good job of keeping me informed as the purchase date approaches. The firm seems very customer-oriented.

Update: So I now have my machines up and running and the mined BTC is hitting my wallet every day. The start-up was seamless. I am so glad I got the machines when I did.
