BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, BEWARE. Took money from my PayPal account and I didn’t even know who they were but they said I had took out a free trial which I didn’t. Found out the time and date and I was sick in bed sleeping. Had to do 2 complaints through PayPal and the 2nd one they agreed to refund me. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH IS ALSO KNOWN AS SB7 MOBILE!! Scamming people at a time when there is a cost of living crisis is disgusting. If PayPal don’t help the 1st time please go through help and contact them again. DO NIT LET THEM AWAY WITH TAKING YOUR MONEY!!

Yep - another one scammed by these £$££ers. Do not scan bar codes at Texaco Petrol stations!

I am bewildered to see that £21 has been charged to me for the alerts I have never subscribed. I seems a scam. I called the customer service but no one is available. Next day I had a call from Philippine to let me know that I have now been unsubscribed. This fraud should immediately stop,

Picked up a promotional leaflet for a “go ahead” bar , on the back was a QR code , with an invite to leave a review and win £200 pounds , as soon as you scan the QR code you are charged £1.50, avoid this company and Alerts 4 U , which is their other name at all costs

Scanned a QR code for a carpark and this website somehow popped up making me believe it was for the carpark service. This was not the case they are now sending me text messages which I'm getting charged for I've text Stop so I'm hoping they'll this will be the end of it. Scammers absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea how I got caught by this scam. Rip off.

Got signed up without my knowledge when I scanned a QR code in Morrisons for their card.
Lucky I had no credit so had no money for them to steal.

I was signed up in error two weeks ago when I went onto gumtree.
I texted STOP twice and they haven’t stopped.

What a crooked lot! I was signing up to do surveys not for a weekly subscription of something I don't need. Thankfully checked when it seemed like I was going to be charged a certain fee via my PayPal account. Insane!

Bleedin scum bags have taken £5.99 out of paypal account for 4 weeks before I noticed. Cancel automatic payments. I contacted PayPal but they just told me to change my password.

I've just discovered that SB7 have taken £630, added to my 02 mobile account, via sending me 63 premium text messages since January 2022.It wouldn't have been so bad, if I hadn't been so unwell with my mental health at the time this was going on. I'm just getting back on my feet and felt well enough to go through my papers/ letters/bills, as I hadn't been well enough to do this since December 2022. I'm absolutely devastated as, I don't have the money for basics for my daughter and myself, never mind lining the pockets of criminals. Does anyone think that going to the police is appropriate? I am so very upset currently!

Have been trying to work out for a while what £4.50 a week was, from my PayPal account. I got an email for my recent PayPal activity clicked on it to find this SB7 Mobile, as I wasn't sure what it was I looked up the company and then decided to check on here. Can not believe this thieving scum of a company can continue to rip people off. Makes me so fluffing mad!! Greedy A-Holes!

Taken money out my account not happening again

This company has taken money £5,99 out of my account on three separate occassions..without my permission...they are scamming sods who cheat and make people's lives a misery by fraudulently stealing from their accounts . luckily I went on my PayPal account and cancelled payments or these payments would continue without me knowing about it..how do they get away with this..they should be locked up too rot in hell...all I want is my own money back..I have informed my PayPal and my bank..this company will be dealt with..

I have just found out by looking at my Paypal account that SB7 and Loaded Mobi LLP (not heard of either) have been taking £10 per week between them for 18 weeks. How this has been allowed to happen is beyond me! NOTHING SHORT OF THEFT!

This company started charging me £4.50 a week via PayPal since August 2022 without my knowledge. Tried calling and the line is so bad that they can’t hear you and just hang up.

It’s a big scam. Check your phone bill as it appears as a weekly cost as purchase. As you don’t check your phone statements it can go undetected for years..
