This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have been a customer with them for over 15 years. In just the last few years it has gone completely untrustworthy. @ tickets I placed on bets and won were not paid out. 2 other tickets I had they processed the bet as lost, when it actually won. I had to call them and tell them and after 2 hours of arguing they finally conceded to losing. Also receiving a payout on your money is almost impossible. I closed my account and will never play there again. Terrible place to place your money.

Im a little dissapoint that the system has changed a lot. I join in april 2023 and just after 2 months they split the reward that we got into two, that is community reward and self stake, which make it very difficult for some people to reach the withdrawal Threshold even myself. I understand that you down the restaking rewards to 200% but please don't split the earning reward to two, do split for exper rank or above, as their income is already high enough... And now its really hard to witdraw,30 days needed to wait just to witdraw 50 sbg what a joke.. your investors are fading out, its you guys fault.. people lost trust and interest.. What a NOOB.
