I started using all of SBLA products about a year ago. I have been extremely pleased with the results. My face and skin have visibly tightened and smooth. I will continue to use the products. too bad SBLA doesn't offer the 30% discount anymore.

Great company with a great product! My order arrived very quickly and was well-packaged. The product works amazingly. The biggest compliment that I received was that I looked younger after using less than a week. I was thrilled to see how fast it began working and the results!

I love the SBLA products, especially the neck wand. It really makes my neck look so smooth, less lines and wrinkles.

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews bc I’ve never had any problem with this company. I will be more cautious ordering from them in the future.
As far as the products go, I love them! I use them every single day and can definitely tell a difference in my skin. Definitely will be reordering but will be more cautious going forward.

This company has the nerve to advertise
their products again after stealing $200.00 from me. Have submitted multiple e mails regarding this matter and never received a response.

It was $250 in December, and now I find out they have filed for bankruptcy. My order was through a pay app and I have stopped them. They will get no more of my money. I requested a refund and instead got a message 2 weeks later stating orders would start to go out on May 17th. Not buying it.

I used to buy a lot from Sbla. I have had times where they charged me and then I would remind them they never sent me anything and would quickly receive it. Now they charged me in December and it is April and they haven’t sent me my stuff. I have contacted them and never get a response.

I placed an order in September 2024 and never received my product. When I would write in to 'customer service' I would be told that the items were on back order and would be shipped 'soon'. It has now been 7 months and I have heard nothing except that they charged my credit card. Complete scam.

SBLA filed for bankruptcy this past March. I wiuld get in touch with your credit card companies to see if you can cancel the transaction because you didn't receive your merchandise. I contacted mine, just before they announced their filing. I wouldn't wait very long.
I did receive a reply back from SBLA wanting to know if I would like to repurchase these products (showing the money that I was refunded). Of course, when I clicked on it, they only offered to let me purchase the items at full price, not the sald price I had originally bought them for.
They have great products, the products are fantastic, so it must be terrible management behind the whole problem. So sad.

This company does not deserve any stars. SBLA stole $200.00 from me. I never received the products ordered and paid for or responses to my numerous e mails. Do not purchase these products.

Same experience as these other reviewers. I ordered over $250 of products in December and never received them. I got one response from customer service in January that they had run out of stock and were replenishing but the product never came and customer service is now not responding over the last two months. I see now they also filed for bankruptcy in March. Will never order again

I placed an order at SBLA for $450 almost 3 months ago, but I never received my products, or was refunded my money. I’ve emailed them a few times, and they never responded. I called SBLA a few times, and they transferred my call to somebody who obviously did not answer, so it went into voicemail. I left long detailed messages and they never responded. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!! They are thieves!!!

I hate how my ending has been made with SBLA. A wonderful product but horrible customer service. Like others I I ordered from them on Dec.2nd 2024, no products and no reply to last few emails in Feb and March of this yr. Total rip off

I ordered in December 2024 and still have not received anything. Like others who posted, they stopped answering emails and phone calls. No way to get in touch and get update. Is this company still operating? Does anyone know????

I'll give them 1 star because the products actually work! But I ordered a product in early December that still hasn't shipped and customer service has just stopped responding to me. I even asked if I could just switch the product to something else and nada. Such a bummer!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..for the automatic replenishment , they charge you and never send out the product(s)!!! And there is ZERO customer service . No ONE to call! No one calls you back after leaving a 'voice mail'. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Fair warning..

Like all of the other reviewers here, I placed a Black Friday order on Dec. 2 but have never received it. Emails were answered in the beginning and last one in Feb. asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I replied ‘yes’ but have never received a refund. I have emailed 3 times since but now they just won’t answer me. I will get in touch with my credit card provider to see what can be done

I have purchased from this company in the past with no issues, but my last order was placed December 3 and I have yet to receive the $245 worth of product I ordered. I emailed the company in January and got a canned response indicating there were supply issues and that my items would ship as soon as possible and in the meantime, they gave me a 15% off coupon code. I just emailed them again last week and got no response at all. I have checked their social media and found that I am not the only one who ordered and didn't receive their products either. I just want my money back.

I love their neck wand, but I also have unfulfilled orders. One from December 2024 and one from January 2025, different products. I'm very disappointed that their customer service will not respond. Not sure what's going on, I've been a customer for years and never had any problems.

The neck wand really worked wonders and got me hooked! I have now been waiting since November 24 for my order. They are ignoring emails and earning interest on everyone’s money that they happily took. Disgusting lack of customer, service or care for your brand.
