Fedex as yet have not delivered my…
Fedex as yet have not delivered my parcel, as it requires a signature. However, I was unawate of this requirement until I phoned them yesterday, post two failed deliveries. It would have been helpful to understand this at the point of order and asnpart of Fedex communication and allowed me to reschedule an appropriate date. There was also no card left on either occassion. Hopefully this feedback re. your courier is helpful, as they are respresenting you within the customer experience received.
