Bad experience

We were a customer, bought some products for our dog untill we suddenly got blocked. After a while we recieved a message asking if our dog wanted to join the team, we said no and the owner got upset our dog wore gear of another brand. Got blocked again. This whole experience was rude and due to this experience we wont be buying here again and we do not recommend this brand anymore

Great quality

I have 2 collar and lead sets from them and the quality is fantastic. The colours are really vibrant and bright and they are easy to clean. My dog looks amazing and we have had so many compliments about both sets. My only slight critisicm would be the leads are too long, i would have prefered the option of a slightly shorter length.

Exceptional customer service and great products!

I bought two harness and leash sets, one in lilac and one in light blue. Fits perfect, good quality on both harness and leash.
I ordered two different hooks by accident and got a text where they asked me if that was correct - which it was not so they changed that for me, such a nice service and attentiveness.

Besides this the delivery was also super fast! 5/5 would recommend :-)
