Worst service ever
I ordered a backpack 5 weeks ago, hoping to get it by christmas. The shipping address was in Switzerland. After 2 weeks and christmas, I sent them 3 mails asking where the parcel is and whether I can change she shipping address. (By the way, their tracking system isn´t working either, firstly it doesn´t take your information and when you try the second time, the only information you get is that your order has been processed.)
Anyway, their chat they have on they´re website is useless, I sent them about 4 or 5 messages now but it seems like as they would never receive it. And I got ONE respond to my mail saying "we´ll send you your tracking number", which I already have and don´t need. After I replied to this mail, nothing again. Two weeks ago (3 weeks after ordering), I tried to call them and I couldn´t get through. "The person I´m trying to call is not avaiable." So I tried it one week later again and I could finally speak to a person. I said I want to change the shipping address as xmas is obviously over and I´m back in the UK and the guy apologised and promised that I´ll reveive the parcel in between 5-7 working days. Now, it´s been again more than 7 days, I tried to call them and the same problem is occuring. I can´t reach them and i have NO information. Neither a respond to my mail. It is very disappointing and the most unprofessional behaviour. Unacceptable.
