Bait and switch pricing and predatory sales tactics
This company is the definition of bait and switch. They advertise a single upfront sign-up fee, and that’s exactly what they reinforce in their ads and during the first few phone calls. But once you move forward and actually find someone you’re interested in, suddenly there are additional “management fees” per person.
On top of that, they aggressively push you to sign multiple contracts without properly explaining the terms. Thankfully, I took the time to read everything carefully and canceled immediately.
Now, despite clearly stating that the sign-up fee is refundable if you decide not to move forward, they are withholding my refund.
It also raises red flags that a company claiming to be so large has virtually no reviews. Consider this your first warning.
