The feature set is fine but the UI implementation is really bad. Imagine that when coming to a form the first field you MUST fill it is at the bottom, then you can go back to the top of the form and go down the form to fill out the rest. Or when you click on something to edit it, it creates a new window EVERY time. Or when you set a filter on a page, then click to edit something, it opens in a new window, then in that new window you come back to the list but without your filters. So you go back to the first tab with the filters and refresh to see your changes, only to find your filters reset. The UI for this software is not good. Many other tools with similar features with better UI>

The software and its reports is fine for Amazon PPC and overall sales, but tremendous amount of spam in the last 1-2 months from their sales staff through its chat and popups (sign up for this masterclass, sign up for that cource! etc.) negates these benefits
