It's a nightmare ! I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this brand. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried reaching out through the contact form, but the responses I’ve received are incomplete and unhelpful. It’s been incredibly difficult to get any assistance in processing my refund or returning the products. The contact form barely works, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Very frustrating experience, and I’m unsure why it’s so hard to get basic customer service. Hoping to hear back soon!

I have made a purchase but it was never delivered to my place, although the carrier says otherwise, but there was a password for the delivery and I never gave it to the carrier so where is my parcel?? I am very disappointed, I tried to contact the brand about it 2 already and they have never responded to me, it is a shame and I am deeply angry about it as it was a big order. Don't shop there!

I was really impressed with Scandale's sustainable ethos so I was excited to try their lingerie. It arrived beautifully wrapped in recyclable packing and it was very comfortable to wear. I usually have a tricky bra size which is hard to shop for but theirs fit me perfectly.

Cute but a little overpriced & petite sizing. Still waiting for the replacement pants as a 12 I am an XL which I was a little surprised about and have chased for the new size to be sent. I think the packaging is lovely and definitely makes you feel like you are getting a treat but maybe need to look to open it up to real women regarding sizes. Also struggled to figure out the clasp on the back of the bra but it is very stylish so maybe a special occasion bra over daily use. I would love to see this brand with its ethos and sustainability commitment become a little more female-friendly with its size choices. Empowering women of all sizes to be sexy and wear eco beautiful pieces.

It is so good to find an eco-friendly, sustainable lingerie company that does more than basic bras and knickers! I was really impressed by the feel of the fabric, the look, and the fit. They also offer a wide variety of styles and I cannot wait to order more. I would like to see more diversity represented by their models on the website though.

I ordered a bra and short briefs, they were packaged in compostable bags and sent in a card outer, so very eco friendly packaging. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size in the bra, did try it and fitted well under the bust, not on the cups though and found the straps weren't very long with limited adjustment. I did return the bra but found the return process basic, with no way of asking for an exchange in the correct size. The short briefs were a lower rise than I would usually go for but still a nice fit and a nice smooth material with a lovely lace trim.

I ordered a pink glamour lace set with balcony bra and culotte pants. It was simply packaged separately in translucent flat bags inside a cardboard envelope that fit through the letterbox -I liked the minimal packaging and the fact it could be delivered easily. I am impressed but the company philosophy and appreciate the reused fibre content of their clothing. The set itself is lovely, with detailed lace and great quality. I love the triple hooks on the back of the bra as standard , giving you more flexibility in sizing and reducing waste if you change slightly over time :) The pants did still come out smaller than I expected despite going for the larger size however I love the unusual but sophisticated design.

This is clearly a lovely company with a good ethos, and the lingerie I received is beautiful and of a great quality. However I had to order the bra for my girlfriend to test as Scandale do not offer any large sizes, and as a 34G I am very much not catered to. I am used to this and not hugely surprised (especially since they market themselves as "inspired by Parisian style" aka skinny style), though I am a little disappointed. The underwear was comfortable and pretty so I would love the chance to return to this company in the future should they ever decide to expand their sizing.

The underwear is absolutely gorgeous, really comfortable to wear and something a bit more special than my average pair! Really happy with them!

I was really impressed by my Scandale order. The underwear set was stunning and a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. It arrived quickly in sustainable packaging.

I have a lovely lingerie set, the materials are great and the look of it is beautiful - the bra has a stunning lace panel up the back. It’s unusual and gorgeous. I also really like their eco credentials.

I did however have trouble with the sizing on their website - I followed their measuring guide but it said I didn’t fit anything. I’m a pretty standard size and don’t have trouble buying on the high street so this surprised me. I played around with it and in the end had to make a bit of a guess - and although it fits I think I would have like to have tried a different size too. It would have been helpful if the website could have told me which sizes I was between, and how close I was.

It's very fancy luxurious lingerie. Too expensive for me personally to wear on a day-to-day basis. The fit was good for both the bra and the bottom. All the eco-friendly details are a great touch. Full disclosure: I have received a free sample for this review.

I happened to get a bra and a pair of panties to review from Scandale. Unfortunately, I'm a bigger girl so ended up getting lingerie that was at the top end of the sizing chart. It was slightly tight on me but still incredibly comfortable and also gorgeous!

The fabric is slightly stiff but I've found that after a few wears it stretches a little. The designs are beautiful and I'll definitely be going back for more!

Beautiful lingerie that is eco-friendly is hard to find but Scandale tick all the boxes! I have one of the black balcony bras in a 32D and the fit and quality are great! Plus I love the design. Delivery was quick to the UK and I look forward to buying more.

Who said sustainability can't be sexy?!
So thrilled with my Scandale underwear set, the range of styles and colours to choose from was fantastic. The packaging was fab and all sustainable and the underwear was so soft and comfortable to wear. Can't wait to order something else! Thank you!

I used the size calculator to work out my size for knickers but my size wasn't on the chart so I went for the XS and hoped for the best! Luckily they fit perfectly. I'm not sure if I measured myself wrong or if the directions weren't clear. The shorts are really well made and the pattern matches on both sides of the front seam (which is rare these days!) The fabric felt a bit stiff to touch but maybe that's because it's all recycled. Once they're on, they're really comfortable and pretty. The care labels are designed to be easy to remove too - a thoughtful design.
I got a non-wired padded triangle bra which is really pretty. It's far more skimpy than I expected but I got the XS as I don't need much coverage. It's actually quite refreshing to buy an XS that doesn't cover half your body in excess fabric! The clasp is weird as it's a slide in rod not hook and loops and there's no adjustment so I guess once the strap loosens over time, I'll have to stitch it tighter or re-home it - the only part of these items which doesnt seem designed for longevity (and the reason for 4 not 5 stars).
The lingerie came in a card envelope which fitted through my letterbox which was handy. The envelope and product tags are recyclable. The bag they came in say they're plant based (I don't know if that means 100% or partly) but they're compostable - I think this is industrially not home compostable. There was a hygiene sticker on the gusset too which was recycled so it really felt like they'd thought of all the details. There was so much information on the packaging about the impact of the product on the environment which is great.
The website was a nightmare to use, it was really slow and clunky, but persevere because the products are lovely.

Really excited to own a bra and panties set from Scandale. It's so rare to find a brand that has *such* eco consciousness yet also offers a range of colours and is - well at least the option I chose - darn sexy!

I am small chested with a relatively small build, 5ft 5.5; and normally a 10/12. I followed their measurement tips and bought the bandeau bra in sexy guipure in 36A which fitted perfectly and was very comfy. I ordered a bikini panty in large as there's nothing that makes me feel worse about myself than some skimpy knickers that I cant' fit into but I think I *might* have been better off with the medium.
Overall - I am so so happy that these guys are blazing a trail for sexy, comfy, environmentally aware underwear. They're more expensive than I would normally buy but I woudl say are on a par with other classy lingerie brands. PLUS eco-friendly. What's not to love?!

Had my matching lingerie set for a couple of weeks now and still obsessed with it. Really well made and super comfy whilst making me feel great too. Can’t wait to try out more of Scandales pieces!

I was impressed by the Scandale underwear. The set I got fits true to size, is comfortable, with the fabrics used being soft to the skin and is flattering in design.

I’m happy to see companies who look seriously hard at sustainability and this company has. My packaging can variously go into recycling and composting and I know the recycled fabric in the undergarments helps keep the environment in better shape.

I would recommend.
