I bought the Eris bed for my daughter. I got confirmation emails and anytime I had a question, the customer service was right on point.
The bed arrived very well packed, each piece wrapped in plastic protecting their surfaces. The instructions are clear.

This is where I found what I needed - with side rails, of a suitable height (not on the ground to prevent drafts). Secondly, all product details are provided in great detail, making it clear how to choose and order correctly. There are many lively photo examples from customers. Thirdly, they are always available and delivered on time. Everything was well packaged and assembled quickly. Highly recommended!
