In Tilst, for the 2 time now I've been overcharged. We had agreed on a price, which was spoken out loud in front of other customers, but when it was time to pay, the lady says: " ah, I forgot to charge this". I ended up with 180kr extra then agreed to pay for a very basic service. The other day, they charged me 550 for a service that is catalogued as 350. When I checked my card later on at home, I saw the mistake. I went back and it took around 30 min of argumentation for them to give my money back. We were speaking loudly in front of other customers, completely unprofessional and rude staff. They don't seem to trust and respect their customers. Expensive nail salon, not worthy the price.

Poor service - Scandicnails in Tilst
They are freaking rude!! Lack of customer service skills!!
My nails are in different shape and the gel polish application was awful. Nail technicians were talking and laughing loudly in their native language. I have no idea about their culture and mentality but its generally considered rude to speak over your client’s head.
