First of all the Delivery was really long and bad. Second, some of the gums just melted/fell apart in my mouth, I chewed it like 3 times and then it fell apart in my mouth. That didnt happen 1 time, but multiple times

I was genuinely impressed with these…

I was genuinely impressed with these gums. The mint is very strong and refreshing, and you can really feel how intense it is as it works—something I didn’t expect in such a good way.

I hadn’t chewed gum in years, but recently I decided to quit smoking for health reasons and needed something powerful to keep my mouth busy whenever the urge hit. I wasn’t a heavy smoker, but still needed that extra support—and these gums really deliver.

They’ve been a great help in breaking the habit, especially in those moments when I’d normally reach for a cigarette. Definitely a product I’ll keep using. Keep going, guys!

Solid gum

Solid gum. Probably the best ive ever had if im being honest. 2 months in and my teeth are noticeably brighter. The cold feeling is strong but you get used to it fast and then you love it!

Been waiting for 3 weeks for my package and havent yet recieved. All i got back was a -5% complimentary discount. Im not going to buy again even for -10% discount. I want my money back.

The fresh breath effect is instant and lasts ages which I love! Whitening is more gradual but I'm only a month in so I'll keep going... taste also is great.

My review is mixed but not related to the product; the product is amazing it is well packaged and taste wonderful and as strong an effect as anything I have ever had. However I wanted one delivery, I am into my third and have been trying to cancel and that has made me angry when I should be happy and I want to dictate when I get my next one - that ruined my experience

Support is non existent.

I have somehow clicked a button that says subscription or something like that. They keep writing me that my next order is under its way.

I have tried reaching out to the support 3 times, without any replies, that I would like to cancel my subscription.

The last resort is for me to block the payment.

9I would not recommend these people or there products i email them no one has contact me back i email again and still no one has got back to me very disappointing bad customer service also would not recommend this products at all so many fake advertisements

Terrible delivery, extreme delivery times...

I've placed my order 7th April... it is now 22nd April and the order is nowhere to be seen. The only reason this is not a 1-star is because at least there is some kind of tracking, but there was actually 0 movement in the tracking until the 15th. Truly horrible delivery!

Ordered on 5th April and there has been..

Ordered on 5th April and there has been deathly silence ever since. I've chased up through "Shop" and emailed them directly twice with no response. This doesn't give me much hope of ever receiving the product after seeing some of these reviews here of similar experiences. The lack of communication over 8 days is simply not acceptable by today's standards and even if the product does arrive, I'll likely not use this company again due to the appalling customer service

**No Product. No Response. No Refund. Just Silence.**

I purchased Scandigum two months ago — a €50 or so investment in a product that promised to "rebuild and whiten your teeth from the ground up using hydroxyapatite."

The product never arrived.

What followed was worse than the lost shipment: **complete, deliberate silence.**

I sent **4 emails** to their customer service. Four. One received a vague promise to "check in." The other three? Nothing. Not a single acknowledgment. I also commented on their social media ads. Again: nothing.

Two months later, I have no product, no explanation, and no refund.

This isn't negligence — it's contempt. A company that makes grand health promises but can't be bothered to respond to a customer's legitimate concerns doesn't deserve your trust or your money.

If you're considering Scandigum, understand this: You're not just buying a product. You're gambling that if something goes wrong, someone will actually care enough to help you.

Based on my experience, they won't.

**Save your €50. Spend it elsewhere. Spend it with a company that treats customers like human beings, not inconveniences.

Edit: after posting this review, they reached out to me to tell they couldn't ship the product to my country (I guess hydroxyapatite is explosive or something) and refunded my money.

From a Passing Try To a Necessity

I originally got it out of curiosity, but it quickly became part of my daily routine. My mouth feels noticeable fresher and cleaner every time. Definitely turned into an everyday essential.
