I bought one bottle

I bought one bottle. They kept shipping to me month after month, even though on their website I had no subscription, they still ship and charge my credit card every month.

We always recommend users conduct a patch test to see if the compatibility with your skin. Excellent company

This company really takes excellent care of their customers. I must say the name of the person I was talking to is called Louie and I hope Louie is recognised for their professional attitude. When I asked to pause my subscription, due to having too many products in my bathroom, they were very gracious about it and sent me a free eyelash serum to try out as a gesture of good will. I really love all their products and it's a rare pleasure to receive such a high standard of customer service.

First order experience

I ordered for the first time to try the products, and had an issue on the delivery due to the delivery company.

Monaliza helped to sort out all issues quickly and was very kind. Amazing customer service overall.

Best Product and even better customer service

I have been using Scandinavian Bio Labs Men’s Hair Growth routine for many years now and have been a loyal customer and I don’t think I’ll ever use another product. Has genuinely made my hair thicker and stronger and has reduced the shedding in my hair almost instantly from using it. I had a mishap where I was out of the country for a while and had to pause my subscription until I returned and unfortunately caused an issue where my subscription was removed. I managed to get in contact with them and was assisted by Hasan who is definitely the most helpful customer service agent I’ve dealt with in any company. Had several issues trying to get the subscription back onto the system but he kept me reassured and managed to keep it at the same price for being a loyal customer. Fella definitely deserves a raise for the hassle I put him through constantly trying to get it back up and running but what a gem. Best product and best service you’ll receive definitely won’t be looking elsewhere.

Just started using it so not sure if…

Just started using it so not sure if it’ll work well yet but I had good support for my order after it was delayed and I got it eventually. I don’t really care if it doesn’t work much I just enjoy the feeling of applying it and massaging my head haha!!!! But any improvements it makes to my hairline I’ll take it even if it’s 0.1%
