⭐️GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE⭐️

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had an issue with one of my diffusers. They emailed a video showing how to fix the problem but it didn’t work. They have now sent me a brand new replacement without any charge. I’m very impressed with their customer service and will happily buy from them again 😊😊

DO NOT BUY FROM SCANDISCENTS.
FAULTY PRODUCTS , AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
STILL HAVING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ABOUT AN ISSUE THAT WAS RAISED MONTHS AGO .
STILL WAITING ON REFUND.
HISTORIC COMPLAINTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA DETAILING THE SAME ISSUES THAT IM HAVING.
RESEARCH AND READ CUSTOMER COMMENTS QUICK, BECAUSE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE GETTING REMOVED QUICKLY

IT WAS CONFIRMED IN THE 27TH SEPT.......
THE REFUND THAT THEY HAVE ISSUED HAS BEEN SENT TO SOMEONE ELSE , A COMPLETE STRANGER . A NEW REFUND IS APPARENTLY BEING PROCESSED.
THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL WAS SENT TO AN INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS

We have had clear communication with this issue ongoing (Debbie was waiting for a refund) we have sent you screenshots this morning demonstrating that we have processed the refund earlier in September, and even detailed the last 4 digits of the card this had been processed back to.

Prior to the screenshots mentioned above, email confirmation of the refund was sent automatically to the email address we were given.

In Summary, our aim here isn't to drag out this process as we have refunded the value of the order and provided confirmation this has left us

Diffuser Love Love Love ❤️

I absolutely love my diffuser,it’s so much easier then messing about with candles ,or the ones with water ,they smell incredible, love, love ❤️ The customer service is also brilliant,they do get back in touch with you ,if you have a problem.thankyou scandiscents 👏👏👏

Good customer service!

Good customer service. I had a problem with the diffuser (it leaked) but after contacting the company a new unit was sent out and I am extremely pleased with it. Really good throw of fragrance. Their oils are exceptionally good too.

Shocking product

Received the 2nd diffuser over the weekend as the original one stopped misting. After complaining and within a week I did receive the new unit. Unfortunately this does not work from the word go. Fully charged, the motor works, I think air is coming through the hole inside the unit but it it not dispelling the oil/scent at all. This 2nd unit was different in design with a small white piece screwed into the bottle dispenser. You attach a tube onto this which goes in the oil bottle. I think there is a design fault with this as it does t appear to be hollow so the oil can’t work its way through the device. I have given up, thrown it into the bin. Because I had also just bought 5 new oils in a bundle, I have lost £80. I will buy a water based diffuser and use the oils in this.

Reading reviews online, it appears that there are lots of instances similar to mine where the device just doesn’t mist. It is clearly a poorly made product that should. E avoided at all cost.

Beautiful, elegant diffuser

I've used lots of diffusers over the years and the Scandiscents version is really impressive, sturdy and feels quality it's excellent value for money.
Also I had questions regarding the packet of tools so I emailed the customer service and within 24 hours I received a detailed reply from the owner James, wonderful customer service.

A lovely product

The scents are wonderful and the units are smart and sleek.
I had a very minor issue with my order and the team handled it in a timely, efficient and friendly way.
I am looking forward to trying the various oils on offer.
I am a big fan of things which make my house smell lovely and these diffusers are one of the best things I have tried.

Great diffusers - much better than water-based!

Purchased several diffusers for my own home and for friends as housewarming gifts. All of us absolutely love them!

I have been converted from using water based diffusers, especially in Winter as it means your not putting more moisture into the air and adding to the damp/condensation which can occur during the colder months.

Definitely recommend.

Great product and great customer service

After receiving a faulty diffuser I contacted Scandiscents and received a prompt email on how to start the return process.
I also had a conversation with James ( after I realised I had given the wrong order number!) everything was sorted efficiently and I now have a new diffuser which is amazing and throws a great scent around the whole house. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Halo not misting.

Halo not misting, standard reply of send video. Still not working. In fairness they did send out a brand new unit. Worked for around three days then stopped misting again. Would not reccomend the product. Got three of these now (with the replacement) one works two dont. Seems to be a hit and miss product. They need to sell diffuser replacements as other companys do.

Unit leaks oil and ruins furniture

Terrible customer services. They have a standard response of ‘send a video’ then if you respond to this the reply comes back to you? If you Manually put in the email address it comes back as not delivered. My unit leaks and has ruined furniture. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service is shocking

The customer service is shocking. I have 5 diffusers so I'm relatively happy with the product itself. This 5th one though doesn't emit smells like the others and after following their 'fix it' video it still hasn't worked. They won't exchange it until I take a video and show them the smell isn't working?! Ridiculous.

At last

At last! I am super fussy about how my home smells and have been constantly disappointed with candles/diffusers previously bought that either smell synthetic or just don’t scent the room. Within 5 minutes of switching on my new Scandiscents diffuser my house smells amazing. So impressed!
