Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're genuinely sorry that your order didn't arrive as expected. We fully appreciate how important timely deliveries are to busy practitioners, particularly when supplies are needed for scheduled clinics.
Having looked into your order, we can confirm that, due to a genuine processing error, your parcel was dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 rather than the next-day delivery service selected at checkout. Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight and the inconvenience it caused.
As a valued customer of ours for several years, we're particularly disappointed to have let you down on this occasion.
At Scarboroughs Health, we've spent over 50 years building a reputation for reliable, efficient and personal service, and we take great pride in maintaining those standards.
We have now refunded your delivery charge in full and hope this goes some way towards making up for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you again for your continued custom. We sincerely hope that the service you've experienced with us over the years will reassure you that this was an unfortunate exception rather than the rule.

Long time, reliable and local!
Scarboroughs have been supplying us with needles for many years. They are ready to give advice and despite changes to the economic climate, have always kept us well stocked. I usually order online but when I need to call them with a query, someone is happy to help. Many thanks and keep up the good work!
