First time ordering and I'm not happy…
First time ordering and I'm not happy with my experience. First, I was given the wrong tracking number but after 2 days of calling and emailing the issue was fixed. So I received the order a few days later and yet another issue...one product was missing. I emailed and they said it would be sent straight out. I love chi products their awesome but hesitant to order again.

6 out of the 80 puff bars were bad…
6 out of the 80 puff bars were bad (they were either dead or lasted 20 hits) and 2 others had the wrong flavor. Shipping came relatively fast. I had to get in contact with them about it though cause I didn’t get a confirmation.
