Great except I would still rather be…
Great except I would still rather be able to go into the shop and collect and buy.. The delivery is good but I think they need to open shop again nothing better than seeing things in person I would most likely buy more if in person.

Fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service/experience shopping with theses wanted a pottery wheel for my wife was extremely helpful and quick to reply a had to wait few weeks till I got paid as I was in tight financeal situation to purchase the wheel I wanted and there was only one left. Brenda who I spoke to put the wheel aside till I got paid my wife was extremely happy. I feel the customer service was above and beyond would highly recommend and shout out to Brendan thanks alot

postage costs a scam
Ordered a product described as 'fine modelling tools'. The product is anything but. As the customer has to pay for postage in BOTH directions I am way out of pocket.
Scarva benefits from having no physical stores but passes on postage costs to the individual. The evils of internet shopping. But do we have a choice now?”
A good range of products hence the two stars but why would you if you had a choice of a friendly local supplier?
