I was slightly disappointed with the roller door type I recieved! It feels difficult for me to open and close ! They offered me a 2 door garage door style to replace but tbh I’d need assistance to move my stuff and they weren’t offering any of that so feel a bit stuck

I noticed there had been a mistake in what I was charged in previous months. I raised this via email and recieved an immediate response and agreement to refund what I had overpaid. Great service :)
