10 days and counting to verify my account
I’ve been a gambler for over 7 years and played on A LOT of different sites. Scatters.com is by far the worst!
They keep stalling the verification process without an explanation. Witch I would tolerate if it was handled ok by the support team, but it’s not. They provide no explanation as to why my electricity bill wasn’t good enough for proof of address, they are not apologizing nor helping in speeding up the process. The support team seemed more bothered with me asking what was taking so long. They do not take care of their customers. It’s now been 10 days and still counting for them to verify my account.
I have a withdrawal “in process”, that of course can’t be payed out before my account is verified. There is no reasonable explanation for them to use over 10 days to verify my account other than that they don’t want to pay out my winnings. I’m thinking of making a video to my YouTube channel and twitch about this, because I wouldn’t wish this kind treatment on anyone

From what we can see on your account, you requested a withdrawal on the 7th, received a request for KYC documents which you sent in. In the evening of the same day as sending in documents, you proceeded to cancel your withdrawal and continue playing.
We do apologize if you feel the communication could have been quicker. Our aim is to provide a quick service, however our payments and KYC department has been overloaded in the last weeks leading to a somewhat longer processing time for new players, specially when KYC documents needs to be approved.

When they say extensive research of their customers, it should be in bold and uppercase. Hiding behind their need to do this to uphold the laws they can extend the payout indefinetly.
They do everything in their power to stall a payout. Stay away as far as you can.
