Terrible
Terrible. Gave them my support and backing as an early adopter/investor with expected delivery of Spring 2021. Here we are Feb 2022. Not only No goods... Not even an email or explanation or refund.
So very dissapointing and has put me off funding any more projects.

This company is a fraud. So many on Kickstarter never received their pledges. And there were no real updates but the company was selling on different platforms apart from Kickstarter with similar poor feedback and comments.

So frustrated and angry
So frustrated and angry. I am an early backer number 46) of this product from kickstarter. The product was scheduled as an April 2021 delivery. Its now Jan 2022. Still nothing. Chased more times than I would like to say. The shame of it is that I am one of many. There are pages of people chasing on their backers site. BEWARE.

Don't Waste your Money
You would have thought from the PR from kickstarter and since production, this outdoor camera system was the holy grail. The camera look and manufactured product is good. From there, it is all down hill. Could never be used as a security camera because video clips take forever to transmit, minutes. Takes forever, or never, to connect to a device's information from more than a few yards away from the hub. To update, you have to bring the camera to the hub. The new low energy WiFi in this device comes no where near advertised information. If this is representative of this Low Energy WiFi technology, it's a bust. BTW ScenesTek trademark was denied 3/2020, failure to respond to requests.
