My poor wife

My wife thought that this was going to be a good company because it was expensive and she’s been ripped right off across the range. The smallest £20 candle we’ve seen that’s hardly scented, sticks with hardly any fragrance at £1 each and a room spray that’s not lasting minutes. All for £80. Top that off with a non existent customer service and there you are. Scentair!!

Bad Customer Service/Warranty

I own two units, a PRO and a HOME diffuser. The HOME is just over a year old and completely stopped working... won't even power on. I still have a few scent pods left for the unit, but ScentAir will not replace the unit since it's apparently out of warranty. Selling a product with only one moveable part (a fan) and not standing behind it for longer is just bad customer service, not to mention proves that your units are not expected to last very long. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer.

Consider using a different Scent Provider

ScentAir might be one of the worst experiences I have had with any company. I have been trying to cancel my my services for OVER A MONTH. I cant get anyone on the phone all I can do is send emails which I have only been responded to once in over a month which was not even a helpful response at that. They go through Account Reps like crazy and when you get a new one they don't even reach out to you and let you know so it is impossible to get in contact with them. They overcharge and are not helpful. Look elsewhere.

I recently had a visit from ScentAir, and I want to give special thanks to Mr. Corrie T. for his outstanding service. He came to install a new device, and at the same time, he quickly serviced my existing unit without hesitation. This extra effort was a pleasant surprise and showed real dedication to customer satisfaction.

Corrie explained everything in detail, making sure I understood how the system works and what to expect from it. His professional yet friendly approach left a very positive impression.

The ScentAir machine itself works perfectly – reliable, easy to use, and the scents are excellent: consistent, clean, and not overpowering. It really makes a difference in the atmosphere.

Overall, I can highly recommend both ScentAir and Corrie T. for anyone considering professional scenting solutions. First-class technology combined with truly exceptional service.

Honestly have had this maybe 5 to 6…

Honestly have had this maybe 5 to 6 months love it when it works, but it never has worked. The Wi-Fi part doesn’t work except the light. I have to hold it and press it down and pray and pray hold and press it down. It starts and stops. That’s the only way I can get it to work has never worked from day one I have emailed them, but they don’t respond ever.

Having read the other awful reviews I wanted to comment on my experience with Scentair.com. I have just purchased a reed diffuser online and I did have problems placing the order. So I contacted customer support UK and I spoke with Kevin. He was lovely, very helpful - sorted out the problem I was having and was extremely pleasant. This is the second order I have placed with Scentair, the first was just to sample the product which I love, so decided to buy the reed diffuser in same scent.

I’d like someone from
ScentAir to contact me please - for about the 6th time of asking. I have been trying for months to contact you! You’re quick to sell me refills, but not once do you answer any email, a message Nd can I speak to anyone - no! My home machine has been temperamental from the start and now the fan won’t stay on at all and it also won’t connect to the WiFi. It was a huge amount of money to purchase, as are the refills, and bought as a Christmas present in only 2024 for me, yet nothing heard from you. I’m so bitterly disappointed and upset as I pleaded for this gift after I was so impressed with a larger one in an hotel we stayed in. I’d been going to purchase two more for my business, but why should I when this is the treatment current customers receive? Poor show ScentAir. Looking at all the other ignored poor 1* reviews on here I’ll be amazed if my matter is dealt with. I’ll definitely not hold my breath.

Rude and inconsiderate staff

Rude and inconsiderate staff. A driver was parked outside the street to visit one of their clients. It was a very hot day and they left the engine running for their aircon when they went inside. When my partner politely went and asked if they could switch the engine off after 20+ minutes of it running with no-one inside for the pollution and noise they shouted in his face and swore at him. Completely selfish, antisocial and rude staff, we are shocked at how they behaved. I have taken the number plate and will be making a complaint to the company.

My Request & Review 2 ScentAir

Whelp, ScentAir clearly did me a favor by responding in a non-timely fashion! Here’s my last message I sent to ScentAir (afterwards I read LOTS of negative consumer reviews):

Good morning SentAir team:

I would like to quickly order SDC 4004-1562 the ScentAir Direct Tower starter kit; scent: white tea & thyme the EXACT product The Margo (Atlanta, GA 30328) displays.

There isn’t a customer service contact number listed. The alternative for ordering assistance, turn around time, is very long! Is there a live representative that can place orders?

I attempted to place an order via my cellular phone and desktop but to no avail! The website & ordering process is non-consumer friendly; very confusing! I tried inputting the order number I received via Tha Margo but the site didn’t recognize said number! I also typed the type of scent, but to no avail! A live person is definitely needed for new patrons.

I attempted to place an order on different platforms and devices, quite a few times and have no idea how I ended up on the Hotel Collection site which happens to be less confusing. Their product looks exactly like the direct tower; lo and behold, this is a different company; NOT ScentAir!

In comparison: Hotel Collection customer service & response time is MUCH better than ScentAir.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I pay a monthly fee, my device is not working. I contacted technical support, but the representative was very rude and disrespectful. He could not help me with my issue and said someone would contact me. I asked him when he just said again in a rude way that someone will contact me. I complained about him only after almost a week, someone called me and said they were sorry, and someone would contact me. It has been nearly a month since my first attempt, and I still have no working device. I will cancel my membership. I hope they will not continue charging my credit card like other reviews have written.

I love the smell of the cartridges but…

I love the smell of the cartridges but no way do they last 30 days. I received a 50% off coupon so ordered a second diffuser and several cartridges. Three weeks later, they still had not shipped so I emailed, and got a canned response saying my order should arrive shortly or I could request a refund. I requested a refund, 7 days later and still no response to that request. Second email I sent got a response as that my refund would take 7-10 business days from my follow up date to process….what??? They had no problem taking my money within seconds of me placing the order….

Update: wanted to edit that I did finally get my refund on 1/29/25. They did acknowledge that there was a significant delay and also sent me products, which they did not have to do - so I do appreciate that

Frustrating Experience - Avoid ScentAir!

I have had a terrible experience with ScentAir. Despite multiple attempts to cancel my $200/month subscription, they continue to charge my credit card every month. They also send far more air freshener cartridges than I could possibly use for my business, and to make matters worse, their cartridges require the proprietary ScentAir Whisper™ MAX Diffuser to work.

After months of frustration, they finally agreed to cancel my subscription—but only after I returned the diffuser. Now, I’m left with a pile of useless air freshener cartridges and no diffuser. Even after sending the diffuser back, they still charged my credit card and auto-renewed a subscription I no longer wanted.

Ultimately, I had to contact my credit card company to file a chargeback and block further payments. Once ScentAir gets your credit card info, it feels impossible to escape their subscription trap.

Their products are overpriced, their subscription model is predatory, and their customer service is unhelpful. I strongly advise against doing business with ScentAir.

Scentair gave codes for 15-25% that do not work. After emailing them several times, Scentair never responded. Then they took away bundles, so there is no discount for buying in bulk. They don't even run a Black Friday sale. I really wanted a unit and the seaside driftwood. This website is a great disappointment.

Scent air have been challenging to deal…

Scent air have been challenging to deal with. We ordered our fall scent Sept. 4, we were sent the wrong one and still havent recived the correct scent we actually ordered, its now Oct. 21. When we call in no one knows where the correct shipment is or even if its been sent. The rep wont return my calls or answer my emails. They really need to make an effort to do better.
