I’ve loved every perfume I’ve gotten, such a great deal, all seem to be on point!
Nice way to try scents but items from April order still not dispatched and they don’t refund on subscriptions even though they failed to provide a product. And no one from customer services reach out. Just a bot raising a ticket that people ignore
Subscribed to Scentbird for 3 months, the first month no issue at all and was really impressed so upped my subscription to 3 a month with an additional case.
The second month had a slight billing error but contacted customer service and the lady that helped me was lovely, very helpful and sorted it straightaway.
Last month I noticed my subscription hadn’t been dispatched by the 14th, which is usually when it’s sent out. So I contacted customer services again and was told all three of my selections were out of stock which was a little annoying but I chose alternatives and they arranged for them to be shipped which was the 14th (10 days ago).
Since the 14th the tracking hasn’t changed and still says awaiting pickup.
I contacted customer services again to find out why it hadn’t been collected yet as I assumed they would have a daily or some sort of regular pickup arrangement, I personally deal with shipments regularly in my job and if a shipment hasn’t been collected we contact the carrier and query it and get it picked up.
Unfortunately Scentbird are not willing to do that or do not have the ability to do that.
The thing I found the most disappointing was that at no point has the customer service representative apologised for the issue and they seem totally uninterested.
I’ve cancelled my subscription now and have informed anybody I’ve recommended them to not to bother.

It was a great experience I love the new perfumes every month! They're right on time every time!
The two scents I ordered were really nice, however I don't understand why it took so much to cancel? If I'm having issues and need to cancel, even if only for a brief time, I shouldn't have to search and hunt down what to do. It's almost as if you all make it harder so people can't cancel. Won't use this service again.

Recently I encountered an issue with an order and I was contacted by customer support via email and my issue was resolved within 24 hours and my package was delivered within 48 hours customer support was great they understood my needs and fulfilled my request and I got my perfume I'm super happy Thank you sent bird team

More indie scents, not as many designer! I ended up getting three months and only liking one of the perfumes.
It was still a great service, one I would do in the future.
If you’re looking for more perfumes that people won’t also have, this a good way to find a scent you like!
Its cool to sample fragrances to see if you want to buy a big bottle of a favorite. But doing that could become costly.
