Best diffuser Ive ever purchased!!

I love my new diffuser! I love it so much I ordered a second one for my bedroom! It gives out such great fragrance and makes the house smell so amazing! I hope one day to get the larger size! I highly recommend trying Sentiment diffusers they blow any other diffusers I've had out of the water! You won't regret it and they have a lot of great scents to go in the diffuser also! So happy I decided to purchase it!

Save your money!

Save your money!! I bought 2 diffusers for 2 different rooms. Both quit working within 6 months. And you cant get ANY SUPPORT. the scents are fine, but not without a diffuser. I'm very unhappy

If I could give this less than one star…

If I could give this less than one star I would. My order from January 24th experienced a “sorting delay” via UPS & I’ve never received it. Tried contacting the company & I just get the runaround from someone that I can barely understand. Then, apparently it signed me up for auto ship & they charged my card AGAIN on Feb 23rd…and nothing has shipped yet. It appears I’ll have to dispute this with my credit card company & contact the consumer fraud agency. Scentiment may have good smelling products but their execution & customer service are horrendous…borderline scam(ish). Order from Aroma Retail instead!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Broke one day after receiving and the process has been torturous to receive a new one. They won't give a refund, denied my return request and have been giving me the run around. Tried to file a warranty claim and it gives an error. I feel like I've been scammed.
