Doesn't respond to emails, takes payment for things you didn't want, just a shambles
This company does not respond to any messages and does not provide the service promised. I have contacted them 3 times since the first of February using both their 'Contact Us' form and the email address on their website and they have not responded at all. The calendar functionality on their website was broken and I could not amend my choices for the month. I contacted them twice about this with no response. Then they took payment for a fragrance I did not select, at which point I contacted them a third time asking them not to send this because I hadn't selected it. Next I received a shipping notification (but no tracking information) for the fragrance, but this was two weeks ago and the product hasn't arrived so I am not confident that they did send it. I will have to raise a chargeback with my CC company since they do not respond to any emails.
