This concealer is fabulous, it blends easily and doesn't cake. Really pleased with it. I like the ethics of Delilah so I'll definitely buy more from this brand and use scentbeauty as their prices are very competitive

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item before Christmas, but it never arrived. Their email responses have been slow and unhelpful. It turns out the item was never even shipped. Now, a month later, Royal Mail 48 H service tracking still states: "More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network." Clearly, the item was never scanned, yet the company is placing the blame on the Hub for not scanning the parcel. It's truly unbelievable.

If the item were truly lost by Royal Mail, I would expect to be eligible for compensation. I requested a replacement, but they claimed they were out of stock. When I asked for a refund, they said it was "processed" on January 11th, and that it could take up to five working days. That deadline has now passed, and I've received neither a refund nor the item.

I cannot recommend this company at all, and their customer service is outrageously poor. The item never arrived and I’m still waiting for my money. I will not be shopping with them again.

My favourite Delilah concealer was £5 less than anywhere else on line and had free delivery, it arrived within a couple of days so I would definitely recommend Scentubeauty

Never ordered from this site before but was very happy with the price of the fragrance and when I encountered a problem with the order, I was really impressed how promptly and efficiently it was dealt with and solved.

Really good value for money, great products and speedy, well protected delivery for the Ortigia Candles I ordered. (They are normally quite expensive, but here they were a great deal 😀)
