Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money, bought one used it occasionally for 1 month, now it’s not working. I have had emailed them, however no reply. It’s been 3 weeks since.

Shocking customer service

Bought 2 products one went faulty, tried to email and Facebook messenger. Just to get an automated reply we will get back to you.
Don’t use this company they take your money and never reply to any messages or complaints you have.

Rip of company

Don't buy from here as they sell shoddy goods that break down after a few months but as there is absolutely no customer service from them to resolve the problem as its under guarantee still. All you get is an automated reply saying she's on mat leave and will get back to you when she can. As a business you would put someone else on the job if you are unable to do it not just ignore customers whilst still taking their money.

I ordered a scentwave diffuser and 3 oils but within just over a month the diffuser has stopped working, I contacted scentwave to no avail 3 times I've emailed them and I get the same answer, she is on maternity leave, stear clear from this company they are just scammers and discusting customer service if that's what you want too call

Absolutely dreadful Company do not buy from them

Bought 2 units one of which h would not hold charge, after trying to contact the company which took ages for a response, I was told to return the diffuser for testing. It was tested using their own cable not the one they supply with it. They said it worked fine but have not tested it with the cable it comes with. They have not returned my unit even though I paid for it and paid to return it for testing. They have now blocked me on social media. Absolutely dreadful Company, my advice is not to buy from them check reviews before you waste your money. I will take this further I am sick and tired of being ripped off

Dreadful Customer Service
Bought 2 machines as the 1st one was fab
Contacted on 31st May toasty one wasn't working and the bottle was jammed cracking the top
I was promised it would be sorted and Id be contacted on the Monday 2nd July
Still awaiting that despite messaging twice, emailing and Facebook ingles
I did disturb the lady on a Saturday evening as she was at dinner when I messaged but I didn't expect a reply until the Monday anyway
STILL WAITING as of 24th July !!!

So handy, mess free and gorgeous oils! …

Just received mine and I'm absolutely loving it so far! The fact that you can move it around the house with no wires or messing about with water - is fabulous! The scent fills each room, and it's so easy to operate. Can't fault anything, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took about 10 days to arrive but I was able to track the process easily. Can't wait to order some different oils!

Not a clue what the low reviews are. Its a very good design that would be extraordinary hard to break without dropping from about head level onto a hard surface. Smells are absolutely great, some may be slightly off expectations but that’s normal for a smells based product. Absolutely fills the room and bottles last absolutely ages, just make sure to buy a cleaner (and try and get a bundle during sales!)

I really appreciate the diffuser and…

I really appreciate the diffuser and the scent. However it is highly disappointing in terms of communication with their customers as it is very devaluing. I purchased 3 diffusers and still haven't received the same even though I sent countless emails, DM's but deliberately they did not respond but highlighted they will not answer my query any faster.
Very disappointed at the input.
Positive part the smell is great.

Avoid

Diffusers flimsy component snapped in unit whilst changing it following instructions in booklet, making the unit unusable. My direct message was ignored, so I commented on Facebook posts, only to see my comments removed almost immediately. After leaving a few comments (all removed) I received a reply to my original direct message. Customer service is appalling, they told me to try get the broken component out myself or to send to them to try to get out at my own cost. What’s the 12 month warranty for then I ask?? Don’t waste your money folks. Avoid this company and don’t believe they only have positive reviews on Facebook as they clearly are manipulating that as others have said too!!!

MASSIVELY OVERPRICED

MASSIVELY OVERPRICED. Avoid this small family business. These diffusers are massively overpriced. You can get very good quality diffusers far cheaper i have been using them for years . Scentwave are clearly dishonest and misleading potential customers by blocking those that leave any negative comment and remove negative where they can. To charge over £60 is not only madness it is an insult to decent shoppers. Make sure to shop around and get an idea of pricing before giving your money to these misleading con artists.

I bought a different diffuser from a…

I bought a different diffuser from a different company but could not keep up with the price of the refills £13.99!
Then I saw scentwave and wondered if their oils would work with my diffuser, they did! I was so happy and even more so when the oils arrived at an affordable price, I love the baby powder and spa day in fact all the scents I've tried I like.
This is the place to be.

absolutely shocking

absolutely shocking! All bad comments from unhappy customers are removed from Facebook ! My comment was remove straight after I posted it just because someone answered my question and noisy device ! This isn’t fair trade they only keep positive comments and remove all the negative from unhappy customers! Happy to show screen shots of conversation when I asked are they loud and they told me they are not until customer said they are in fact quite noisy , comment was removed immediately! Horrible behaviour shows what kind of company you are ! Won’t be buying and I’ll make sure everyone sees the screen shots ! Do not recommend!
