Sizing is completely off e.g a uk size 10 is an XL and the measurements they provide are not accurate. This makes it incredibly hard to know what size to buy and then when the clothes do not fit they are impossible to return. They make you sort out the whole return process yourself and do not even offer a full refund so you end up wasting £20 on returns. Customer service is also very unhelpful and quite rude. Avoid this shop!
the clothes are fine, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to return their clothes if you actually want your money back. they offer helping you return your package if you're willing to be payed back in store credit but if you want money back, you'll have to find a delivery service yourself and keep them informed about the return. I've never experienced a return being this difficult and them still not paying full refund. they'll charge you for this and that even though the whole return is on you. other than that, when I bought the products, I was overcharged and the 'coupons' didn't work as promised. wouldn't buy from there ever again and don't recommend anyone else doing so as well.
