The worst company I've ever seen. Bad service. Came by 4 times to install the kitchen. Now we are a year later and the kitchen is still not complete. So as it should be. Purchase contract was completely wrong. You don't see a price. You don't see what's what. So you can never prove anything when you go to court. If you don't know German well, you have a problem. Seller only helps when he tries to sell you a kitchen. I think our seller is a real scammer. Called many times but no answer. Not responding at all. I regret buying a kitchen here. If you want peace of mind, you should definitely not come here!!!!!!!

Horribily poor quality products: Ikea products are better than Schaffrath. I purchased an Electric Table 6 months ago and the machine is already defective. I have another table from Ikea and it has been working very well since last one year
Worst customer service: I have written and called up the customer service team so many times since last one month. They have no clear solution since the last one month and blame the delay on the manufacturer all the time. When I ask for money back, they dont even give that back.
