Ordered a new paddle

Ordered a new paddle. Arrived packed well, but it looks like it was used and scuffed up. Also please note, if you subscribe to their mailing list you will also received heavily Christian themed communications. I am glad they are proud Christians and respect that, but I did not sign up for a biblical distribution list.

Hanna Ward-Wichita KS store-exceptional

Hanna Ward at the Wichita KS store was very knowledgeable and she went the extra mile. I had looked at some patio chairs and all questions were answered honestly. I had ordered the chairs from her the next day by phone and her team had them ready in 15 minutes. Impressed.

Everyone was very helpful and understanding. Giving Veterans a discount is very appreciated. I was told by an associate to make sure I got my veterans discount. When I was checking out he told the other person to make sure I got the discount. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Great experience.

I received a gift for Christmas

I received a gift for Christmas, but already had something similar. I looked online to see what the return policy was as well as what this item sold for. The online price was $149.99, I drove 2 hours to the store and they said they could give me $39.99 for the item. I pointed out that it is online for $149.99, why such a big difference. They said without the receipt that is all they could give me because that is the price they have it at the store. I have never seen such a big price difference as this. If you are buying online you might re-think that!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

My husband and I and two other couples who are friends of ours went to Scheels and had a great experience. Matt, who works in the Binocular area of the store, was so knowledgeable, professional, and had an obvious love for what he was doing. The whole experience was refreshing. We had questions about bino's, Matt was able to answer them efficiently and then showed us what he was talking about. Two binoculars were purchased that day. Scheel's has great prices for quality products, along with fantastic customer service. We look forward to shopping there again.

If I could give a negative score I would TRASH - this place has no customer service . My mom bought my brother in law some stuff for his 22nd bday. she spent alot of money when she got one of the items it was a scoutlight pro. the thing didnt have all the parts and it did not work so thinking like any good company would make it right she sent it back and they kept her money like a good $350 they told her some BS about not gettin a refund and long story short they robbed our family big F U you should lose your business - If i steal I go to jail but if you steal.. nothing? A bad review..

Going on my 3rd replacement for the FLX30 Fish finder from Scheels online order

1st unit ordered was missing a part. Returned for refund. 2nd unit ordered was a used unit
that some had returned to Sheels. This was also missing a part. 3rd unit ordered but has not shipped yet. Was told last Thursday it would ship right away. Wrote this on Monday afternoon. Recieved the third that worked perfectly and had everything.
Sheels had sent a gift card for the trouble I had. Thank you Scheels.

They made it right!

I had previously expressed a concern with the service I had in the Eden prairie store regarding a pair of ON shoes that were not meeting my expectations. They had a hole in the toe/seam. I received a response from Jacob one of the managers in that area and he proceeded to meet me and handle my concern so professionally that I ended up not only replacing the shoes that were defective but I also bought three more pair of shoes. Both Karen and Freddy were fantastic in helping me find shoes that worked well for me. This was all I was looking for when I went into scheels my first time. (That experience brought me to my visit with Jacob). I appreciate the service I received to “make it right” and because of it I will be a loyal long time customer. ! Thieves! Send defective used junk and refuse to refund you!

I ordered a surefire scoutlite pro and a surefire Sr07 remote switch on Jan 5 for my son in law. I received a box on January 20th which was a Saturday. Immediately realized that the scout light pro did not come with the batteries or swivel indicated on the package. We quickly realized the scoutlite pro was defective . I initiated the process to return the detective item and has to continue to call to make sure they had received the item that was returned. Awaiting my refund. I called on the 25 and the 29th of January and was assured I would be receiving my refund by

Wednesday 1/31 meanwhile I had gone to another vendor for another surefire scoutlite pro which has batteries a swivel and works fine.. on 1/31 I was informed I would not be receiving a refund and they accused me of sending back a duplicate item? the very same item they sent me? A insult to my integrity and character. Refusing my refund . They refuse to give me a refund. They are shady shady people. Shady company and never received item...

I ordered a $65 New Face cross body satchel from Scheels. It was not delivered on time so I called costumer service and over a two week period spoke with four different Scheels employees. They appeared very confident about assuring me my order was on the way and I would be getting it the following day. This did not happen. The last time the employee told me they would expedite it over night. It did not come. Finally, I gave up and called a final time and requested a reimbursement, which I was told would arrive in 2-4 busy days. What are the chances of me receiving this? It seriously felt like some sort of scam. BUY YOUR ITEM ELSEWHERE!!!!

Used Shoes!!!

Used Shoes? I ordered a pair of Travis Mather shoes from them. I was is one of their stores on a recent business trip to Dallas and left extremely impressed. I tried the shoes on in a store that did not have my exact size, but they seemed extremely comfortable so I ordered the size needed online from them. I received the shoes and noticed one was discolored on the sole from use. I notified customer service and they said without any proof of anything that they must have been tried on in store. I told them that they must have the filthiest floors in the country. They offered me a $10 adjustment which I balked at. They then increased it to $20 after I said no thanks and sent pictures. They also sent a very thin canvas shoe, when they show the shoe in woven wool like I saw in store. There are no more responses from their customer service team after a few more emails after I said no to the $20 and sent a few more emails. They also seem to have blocked me from writing a review for the item on their site after I said I would because they did not satisfy me. Now I will return them when convenient for me, but the time is hard to find. I guess my time is irrelevant to them.Maybe I should just let my Credit Card company hat payment?
