Extremely Disappointing Experience - Over US$5,000 Paid and Service Not Delivered
Our company, Wolexdok Micro-processor Ltd, had a very disappointing experience with Schengen Migration Visa Services Co, Office 102, Al Moosa Tower 2, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
We paid over US$5,000 to Schengen Migration based on representations that they would provide employment/job-placement related services for our clients. Unfortunately, the services for which the payment was made were not delivered as represented.
Despite our subsequent communications and repeated efforts to have the matter resolved and our funds recovered, the issue remains unresolved and the US$5,000 has not been refunded.
Based on our experience, we have serious concerns about the representations made to us, the failure to deliver the agreed service, and the continued retention of our company's funds.
We have retained relevant correspondence, payment records, and supporting documentation concerning the transaction and our attempts to resolve the matter.
We therefore strongly advise prospective clients to exercise considerable caution, conduct thorough due diligence, obtain all commitments in writing, and carefully verify the terms of any proposed service before making payment.
We remain willing to resolve this matter amicably. We expect Schengen Migration to refund the over US$5,000 paid by Wolexdok Micro-processor Ltd without further delay.
