The 30th of march i ordered a bandsaw on scheppachshop.com
The 3th of april i havent heard anything. Just an e-mail confirmation, nothing Else.. but they did take My money out of My account..
On the 3th of april i ask for an update.
The 8th of april, i cancel My order, since there is no responce.
Next Day i get an answers - the package is ready to send.. I told Them so stop, the order is cancelled now (two times).
The 10th of april they tell me they shipment cant be stopped - but they booked this same Day,after that e-mail and two days after they confirmed it was cancelled.. the ask me stop return the shipment.. why? Your falt - and they actually cancelled the shipment..
Next Day the 11th. They shipping company picks up the package anyway.. how can that happen? Well.. its because someone in the company dident wanna leave his or hers chair.
Yesterday the 14th. I talked to Them again.. No help, No responsibility at all.. not a sorry for the whole experience..
I get told to return the order.. they want me to do it and make No efforts themselves. Im now stucked with this company Who want answer me anymore! Nothing!
The package is now with a parcel company. I lost My preordered shipment, 42 euros for No reason and now I allso have to Pay for storage... this company dont Care!
I asked Them for a supervisor or something to call me - they wont..

I Will post this message everywhere, Till you take some responsibility.. after this week it Will be a laywer..

TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE AFTERSALES, TERRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY< purchased a new mitre saw for xmas, used the other day and the dog clamp frame broke of when i tighten by hand the knob to keep it still, anyway its just over 2 months old and they want me to send it back for inspection and repair and likely planning on charging me. please be warned this is a critical safety issue and they are a critical company selling what seems to be cheap quality goods with cheap quality aftersales.
