Never told me my flight is cancelled. No arrangement made. I’m waiting for any answer.

I had my flight in the morning today at 7:50 from Amsterdam to London connecting further and I was never informed that it was cancelled. Until I reached the airport and found the flight was cancelled. Since the morning, I’ve been trying to call and email schipoltickets but no luck, nothing works. And now my entire trip has been ruined and my money, time has been wasted. No arrangement was made, no body even bothered to inform forget refund or rescheduling.
Now my return flight will be of no use. I’ve emailed all the possible emails to let them know that they didn’t book me any flight to reach to the destination, why would I think about returning when I never arrived to the destination. I want a complete refund of the ticket.

Scam on higher fare difference for a flight change according to 'internal system availability '

Update on my previous review on bad customer service: your agent checked and asked me to pay a fare difference when I check the airline( and even on Schiphol tickets website), the new fare is actually lower than my original booking. It's hard to believe that in this day and age, you are trying to scam me into paying a fake fare difference just because I have to make the changes via your agent. I'm happy to share the email thread here to help other customers from making the mistake of using this travel agent.

1.5 year to get a refund! Never buy a ticket from them if you don't wannna pay 30 Euros for nothing even you're not the one who cancel the flight! and be careful cuz they have a several domain names run by same company in Spain, also the "Travelgenio.com"

After following up for refund becauese Emirates cancelled the flight in April 2020 we contacted Emirates to request a refund and they informed us to contact the Schipholticket.com since we bough the ticket from them. More than a year later we have been calling them for so many times ever since, we got the refund but the refund money worth nothing.
- Schipholticket informed that Emerates return less than 50% of full price we paid.
- On top of that Schipholticket deducted a fee 30 Euros/ticket even the Emirates cancellled the flight.

And if you point that out that they should not charge customer for cancelation from airline and you would understand if the cancelation come from you, you have to to pay a fee but it's not fair since it's not your call. If they have to charege then they should charge the Emerates! and we cannot choose to contact Emerates directly to get the refund! They will keep saying the same bulls*** "The fee cannot be refunded" They will not listen to customer or to be fair to customer when the customer is not the one who cancelled the flight!

Be careful cuz they have a several domain names run by same company in Spain, the invoice is under the name "Travelgenio.com" in Madrid, Spain!

Refound from last year ticket (…

Refound from last year ticket ( Amsterdam - Stuttgart ) it's still not solved ( last year MARCH! So I am afraid soon they will tell me it is too late). Is there any way to contact a physical person .. on the website there is not even a possibility to get into chat or call with anyone??????

At least I got some of my money back

After reading all the other reviews I'm glad I at least got something back from this company. As opposed to these other reviewers I did get to talk to someone on the phone. Surprisingly not in my own language, while their website is in Dutch.
A company like this lives on service fees. First of all to make the booking, but then also to recieve a refund or even a voucher. I got refunded about 75% of my original purchase.
I would recommend buying directly from the airline to avoid all this nastiness.

I booked two flights with them both of…

I booked two flights with them both of which are cancelled due to covid-19. Their customer service is unreachable and the links on their website to address my issue also are unavailable. As such, they sold me a service that was not honored twice and there is absolutely no way to request a refund. This is beyond bad service, this is theft! When i call the airline they say there had been a modification to my reservations and new ticket numbers have been created and unless I have them, they cannot process any refund requests and I cannot get these new ticket numbers because there is no way of contacting Schipoltickets.com. all the methods they list are dead ends. This company is a SCAM!

There has been modifications on our flights itinerary to Australia in September and one of our flights is canceled.

Entitled to get a refund!

I have sent a LOT of e-mails and filled in all the forms possible. Have been calling them for days: NO ANSWER. I have a flight from Boston to Quito, but since the borders are CLOSED from the US and I can't fly to Boston, and it's BEYOND MY POWER, according to the law, I am entitled to get a refund!

"If you have booked a “separate” flight and that flight is canceled by the airline, it is subject to air passenger rights. In accordance with European Regulation (EC) 261/2004, the traveler is in principle entitled to a refund or a ticket for another flight, whatever the reason for the cancellation."

The site doesn't say ANYTHING about this pandemic or global crisis and don't even offer flight changes. What kind or irresponsibility is this? I understand that this is a crisis for everyone, but I can't get a hold of them for almost a week!

Please answer me! This is ridiculous!!!

We booked a flight for US and the timeline changed but we never received an update from schipoltickets and in the meantime we kept receiving emails and texts with the previous itinerary. We had different booking codes for the different airlines, it was very confusing. However the customer service staff was helpful when we called.

Irresponsible agency

Irresponsible agency. Terrible service.
There was a change in my flight which they did not informed me about, resulting in missing my flight.
They did not provide me with any solution, different than buying a new ticket by myself.

Nothing good to say about them. I strongly reccomend everyone to skip any of the attractive offers they may have.

Horrible service

Horrible service, first, booked a ticket, needed to change, no phone number so emailed them, got a reply back saying that they will get back in 72 hours.....its way passed that and no answer!!
Now tried to book another flight for another trip, skyscanner shows Schipoltickets.com as the cheapest, you click, you get to their web site and the price is doubled!! What the heck??? These guys are a scam and i recomend everyone to pay the few euros extra and book with other honest agents
