Never told me my flight is cancelled. No arrangement made. I’m waiting for any answer.
I had my flight in the morning today at 7:50 from Amsterdam to London connecting further and I was never informed that it was cancelled. Until I reached the airport and found the flight was cancelled. Since the morning, I’ve been trying to call and email schipoltickets but no luck, nothing works. And now my entire trip has been ruined and my money, time has been wasted. No arrangement was made, no body even bothered to inform forget refund or rescheduling.
Now my return flight will be of no use. I’ve emailed all the possible emails to let them know that they didn’t book me any flight to reach to the destination, why would I think about returning when I never arrived to the destination. I want a complete refund of the ticket.
