schizandu.com ignored me over and over again

So I contacted them asking them if they had an affiliate program because I buy coconut charcoal powder and was looking for a new brand. They said yes.

They have terrible software on their site that duplicates as both email and live chat, so in the emails there's NO THREAD, so I can't even read what transpired. I have to waste my time clicking on a link in an email, then reading what was said in their stupid live chat software, then respond, which means MY responses aren't in any email thread.

It also took me 3 days to realize every single time they write something and press enter, I get another email so I'm getting TONS of emails clogging up my email account instead of one email with the entire response.

Then I found out that if I don't respond right away, after a few days when you click on the link in the email, the entire live chat thread is gone. Wow

They didn't care when I complained.

They told me they didn't have pics of the coconut charcoal powder which I found strange. How long does it take to pour a bit out into a nice lump and take a picture?

They also had no pics to send me, they sent me to their IG and they didn't even have individual pics of the different products. Then they said they were going to a trade show and would get it for me when they got back in a week.

A week passed and nothing. Then a week later I had issues logging into affiliate area to their site. I couldn't even find the link that was sent to me through email.

Finally I got in and there were 2 issues, so I went onto live chat, told them they had given me the wrong login link and the custom link feature wasn't working properly.

I wasn't angry, I was just telling them so they could fix it.

She apologized for the wrong link, but then she just ignored me about the custom links. WOW

I had just ordered from them 2 days prior too.

I NEVER got a response back, I wrote on live chat saying, if you don't want me as an affiliate, just tell me. Nope, passive aggression, just SILENCE.

I even emailed (I finally found an email after my order) & wrote them that I'm very upset I am being ignored, she read it and ignored me again.

I won't ever be ordering from them again, and I don't trust them. I wasted a whole month of my life on them.
