I traveled from Tallinn to Thiruvananthapuram by Lufthansa Airlines. My baggage was delayed and was not delivered. SRUV worked well for my flight compensation request. My Lufthansa flight was delayed over 3 in Manchester in summer 2024, consequently lost my connection in Germany to Cairo, and had to book a hotel waiting for another connection flight to Cairo. Lufthansa first refused to pay compensation for the delay, hotel costs and taxis from the airport to hotel and back, they reply and send always email content regardless of the issue (if it’s a flight delay, complaint about a service or even if you ask about information), which is “”” Kindly note that Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 applies to flights departing from EU member states and flights arriving in EU member states from third countries
“”” . The only logical explanation for this behaviour is that Lufthansa’s staff can’t read or just don’t want to read.

Anyway, after fighting with Lufthansa’s incompetent staff, they offered 50% refund of hotel cost only, nothing for taxis and delay!!!. And after another fighting they offered 50% of hotel cost and taxis!!!! For me it looks like Lufthansa’s staff thinks that it’s an oriental bazar, so they haggle.
So, I had enough of dealing with such incompetent staff, and contacted this excellent and free agency, SRUV.

The online application was very clear and easy to complete, it is in English and German.
It took about a year, but finally Lufthansa paid the full compensation. SRUV did an excellent service, they were transparent, very friendly, helpful and kept me updated about the process per email from time to time.
