While the products are high quality and the instalation team very good, the company's customer care is non-existent. Our front door has swollen at the bottom at the opening edge making it very difficult to open and close. Something I didn't really expect with a £4k door. It has taken 2 weeks / many emails and 3 phone calls to get a reply. I finally got an email probably because I said I will be writing to complain to their MD. He apologised for the delay as they are short staffed. The person who I won't name said he would call me the next day and then failed to do so. So I will be writing to the MD to see if I can get anywhere. No more patience with this company.

Ongoing....I finally got a voicemail on 6th November after I made such a fuss and I decided to ignore it thinking why should I reply straight away after the way I was treated. I received another voicemail and email today 13th November which I will now reply to. And would you call two calls 'numerous occasions'?

We had a bathroom window replace: The workmanship was of a high professional quality. The workman were friendly and courteous and left the work area extremely tidy. We would recommend the firm to others.

I had a new front door fitted. The quality, security, and thermal efficiency are incredible. The workmanship is of the kind that you rarely see these days. Such a credit to the company with real pride in their work. Not cheap but a quality worth paying for.

My new windows look beautiful, expertly and perfectly finished. The installers were so professional, absolutely dedicated to doing a great job and nothing was too much trouble. I have honestly never experienced such hard wording tradespeople before. Definitely will use again!!

Schnauber have recently replaced our sash bay windows. The skilled fitters did a very good job. We are very pleased with the look and the high quality of our new windows. We also appreciated the fact that Marius from di office rang us daily to check that all was going well.

I had a front door installed and the quality is exceptional - I can already notice the difference in terms of drafts and also noise levels. The installation was really efficient but the door was a little hard to lock initially, but Marius adjusted it and made sure that not only I could unlock it but also my two sons could do it easily. The doors are not inexpensive, but you do honestly get what you pay for and they are worth it.

We have replaced our non-standard front door and balcony doors and we're delighted with the result. The team spent time understanding exactly what we wanted, and made some suggestions for small adjustments with the design within the requirements of the conservation area. The installation date was considerably later than expected and they could do better on communicating the date of installation. However, when Ned and team arrived they worked quietly and extremely carefully ensuring that floors, carpets etc. were fully protected, they tidied as they went and were clearly very knowledgeable and particular about how they installed the product and paid very close attention to all the details. The doors themselves are attractive, solid, very secure, have completely cut out all the draughts and made our house warmer. We are absolutely delighted with the final result and know that these doors will last for many, many years. If we ever had to replace any doors in the future we would definitely use Schnauber.

We had all our windows replaced by Schnauber and they did an excellent job. The fitters were great, real craftsmen having to deal with some challenging bay windows. The quality of the windows themselves are excellent and we are already feeling the benefit. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The installation was implemented to the highest quality. The craftsmanship and professionalism of the two gentlemen that executed the install was a credit to Schnauber. They kept me informed throughout, sought my opinion at the right times and finished the work to an extremely high standard.

Had 4 new windows to replace some old nasty uPVC. Both contract and business development managers were professional and efficient and gave good advice. The installers did a thorough job and I'm very pleased with the end product.

I expected delays for installation, but after six months I contacted the office for a likely ETA. I was very frustrated that it took numerous calls and emails over a 3 week period to elicit a response. Considering I was paying for a premium product, I would expect communication with their customers to match that. I suspect they are under-manned and I would encourage Schnauber to rectify this.

We love our new door! Of course they are made to order so it takes time but well worth it.

Schnauber made and installed a new folding door for us (to replace an old sliding patio door). The door is excellent quality and was fitted really efficiently, it was made to measure. It has a great finish and has given us better heat and sound insulation. The installers were really polite and made sure everything was as they found it after installation, they also cleaned the area really thoroughly. I would recommend Schnauber for any wooden door or window installations.

Schnauber replaced my timber framed windows and door on my house which is in a conservation area. The quality is outstanding and I now have double glazing while still keeping the original character of timber framed sash windows.
The installation team were excellent, they took great care of my house putting down protective covering and dust sheets etc, were couteous and very professional. Overall an excellent job.

Excellent quality product and first class installation service (fitting was carried out on a Bank Holiday) for French doors and back door on a Grade II listed property. Would definitely recommend.

Schnauber are the third company we have used over recent years to replace our 1889 single-glazed windows, and stand out for the excellence of their product (factory-produced to very high standards) and the skills of their local team. We have found Marius and his colleagues real professionals, meticulous at all stages, and perfectionists in their approach to protecting our floors (and our internal Covid requirements). Uniquely, they did not require us to remove wall c’h rads below the windows during the installation, saving us extra trouble and expense. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
