There were some problems with the payment and the most helpful customer service person helped me. Nevena was able to solve all my problems and make my day!

Really great customer service. I'm used to having someone to talk to right away, but I was told that someone would reach out to me later when someone is available. They were right, someone reached out and they were really communicative as well, especially given that the communication was done via email.

Ena was honest but tried as hard as possible to help me with my situation. She also was able to find a way to make my situation better, even when she felt like it wasn't enough. I was very pleased and applauded her determination.

Membership fees were reasonable, and they were more than willing to work with me when I had financial issues.

This scholarship was easy to apply to and accept, thank you for everything

Wow, it was wonderful, listening to such amazing people share their thoughts and ideas to help us reach our full potential in that area was truly inspiring. Thank you so much ScholarshipOwl for such an opportunity, i enjoyed it.

In the webinar, I got to learn skills that improved my skills in drafting some of the needed documents out here.

Is awesome that students get guidance on how to find help. This needed a little more explanation and guidance.
Just saying that is extremely hard to get a scholarship as an international student and moving on to the next question. It makes them think that they have to quit school because they have to survive, and is almost impossible to learn a new language, attending university and working full time in a country that is not yours, while getting over the culture shock.
I didn't heard mentioning of undocumented clubs, or finacial aid departments, even though we have both in almost if not all schools.
About the financial aid department at their school, many times is better to visit the school financial aid website. Because there is more information available from their and other schools.
Also, even though your organization might not be able to help them, other options are available, like the loans you offer, or federal loans that can be paid after graduation.
I'm sorry if I sound ungrateful, that is not all my intention. I am really grateful for the support to all of us. The review is for this one presentation and not against the presenter either. She is awesome, is just a suggestion based on my experience.
