After a few years of using this service for my college aged children, I no longer needed it. I misplaced my information but the immediate customer service that I received from the CEO as well as Anica - restored my faith in online commerce. A wonderful scholarship service and stellar customer service.

This site doesn’t really do what it claims to do. It essentially is a marketing scam. For every “scholarship” you apply to your personal contact data is sold to yet another company. The email you will be bombarded with that has nothing to do with money for college will feel like an avalanche and be overwhelming. I truly do not believe there are any scholarships given and believe the positive reviews you see on this site and others are yet another marketing scam. The service is expensive, preys on kids who really need financial assistance for college and delivers nothing. It’s not easy to navigate either. All of the information on real scholarships can be far more easily obtained using Google and you would have less of your info stolen and sold. Save your money. If you are thinking this site will do the searching for you, you are mistaken.

I was pleasantly surprised that I won a scholarship!! Scholarshipowl communicated well with me via email, and seems to be a legitimate organization!! I pray that I can win more, because being unemployed causes financial struggles while attending school!! Thank you, Scholarship Owl!!

Firstly the service is really expensive for not working. Maybe for some but n9t for me. I signed up for a free trial, and us3d Google pay except the card I used originally and the one billed were not the same. 45 dollars. Since it wasn't my card that ended up being charged im not happy and am currently requesting a refund because wtf. No reminder email "for free trial ends tomorrow." Really you shouldn't be charging for this service as scholarships generally go to people with financial need, but also I expect better results, or just results..

Anica was quick, efficient, gracious and professional in her resolution of our problem. Will definitely use Scholarship Owl again for grad school :)
