I placed an order on 1 March and more than two weeks later still have not received the delivery. I emailed their customer service who said they would look into it but I still have not heard. I will never buy from them again. Terrible.

Compression stocking rip off!

Bought a pair of softgrip compression stockings via my chemist. All correct measurements taken. Within an hour of wearing them I was in severe pain just below my knees, and this part of my leg does not swell up. They were cutting in so bad they were close to bleeding. £18 I paid for this rubbish and the effect on my swelling was no better than a £5 pair of flight stockings.

Verruca removal system does not work because....

Bought the verruca removal system plasters and there is one big problem with them. The way the pads with the active ingredients are packed and presented makes it impossible to tell which side down to apply them. The instructions say sticky side, however, both side are as sticky as the other.
This needs to be sorted out, won't be buying them again.

This is was a truly awful experience

This is was a truly awful experience - and yes one wonders how come this company survives. They sent my order with 10 day delay by which time I had to purchase another pair of sandals and no longer needed theirs. The price of return was £11.5! And the quality of sandals was poor - the beads starting falling of after 3 days of wearing

Scholl Womens Gel Activ Everyday

Scholl Womens Gel Activ Everyday
If you have bunions and suffer from pain on the underside of your heel and have a bony growth under your foot pad these are by far the best product.
I've now had mine a little over a year now, they are still being moved from shoe to shoe (and slippers), kept their soft feel and I've just noticed that my right foot bunion has straightened out without my noticing ? I now have a gap between my big toe and next toe. It may be unintentional by the manufacturer but what a result. Be wary of online sites and get yours from a chemist, at least you know the product is REAL and not a pretender - UK based

What a faff!!!

Hi Scholl,
Bought myself some Shock Reducer Everyday Insoles.
OMG, I don't have a degree in engineering or bionic eyesight. What a faff to cut these bad boys to size!!!
Rubbish choice of colour, how the hell are you supposed to be able to see the letters or the lines to cut along??
Made a right old mess…in the bin they go!
Total waste of money

Expensive, hard, hurt heels and lower back

I bought some expensive (over £20) gel insoles from a local supermarket thinking they would be the best quality. They've become really hard and uncomfortable in a short time and am getting more back pain now. I did get quick replies via email although was just told to take them back to the supermarket but it had been about a month of use. I was told instead to buy the ones for lower back pain so spending even more money after my lower back pain got worse with the ones that cost me over £20 to start with. Although I appreciate the email replies I wish I'd just invested the money towards a new pair of shoes now.

They just don't care

Ordered an insole expecting some arch support. When it arrives the only way to open the packaging is to rip it - and immediately I realised that the insoles weren't right.

I let them know and they came back requesting photos of the packaging (bit strange) - before saying nope we can't take those back, you've broken the packaging.

I went back a couple of times - "do you really want me to bin the product instead of return it for a refund or voucher" and they just didn't care.

Avoid unless you're certain of what you need.

A classic example of a brand trying to sell products without any genuine engagement or care for their customers.

Utter rubbish product with absolutely no back-up.

I am 85, and bought a pair of Arch Pain Relief Insoles. However, there is no instructions which way round they should fit in the shoe - the shape suggests one way, but the moulding in the rubber suggests another.

I contacted Customer Services (which is in Spain) and the operator totally "stone walled" me, insisting only that I should send photographs.

He had absolutely no knowledge of the product and point blank refused to transfer me to anyone or provide a contact who could help.

did.refused to provide any TYhe shap sugge

Awful Customer Service. Charged £12 for return.

I ordered some shoes on the UK website for my holiday. They did not fit so I informed the Customer Service team that I wanted to return them. At first, they let me go to a drop-off location without the correct documents so I had to go back home with the parcel. Then they took ages to send the correct documents. The worst is that they then charged me £12 for the return without having communicated this to me beforehand. The return invoice even mentioned a £0 shipping cost. They lied in writing saying they had mentioned it but they would not send the proof of their claim. I would NEVER order again from them and would recommend that nobody does either as the experience has been traumatising.

They charge for the return £9.40

I have just purchased sandals and the size was wrong. Be aware they charge £9.40 for the return.
I hope I will receive the rest. Very disappointed. Not sure if they have a legal right to charge for the delivery. It's a shame as I was using their products in Poland before and they were very comfortable but this is the last one I have bought.

Whilst on holiday I was struggling with spilt hard skin on my heels. I found a local chiropodist however a week to wait before they could see me (I left it in the end). I therefore went on the hunt to find something to ease the pain. I purchased "scholl hard skin foot cream" Albeit it said do not use on painful skin. I was desperate and did anyway. Omg the best decision ever. Been using it all week with no issues. I'm pain free and ready for the pedegg when i get home.

Useless, dangerous and extortionate

I bought the Scholl Verruca & Wart Complete Treatment Pen, which, at £16.70, was quite steep. Not only it didn't work, it has left me with a chemical burn on my finger, which means I cannot use any other treatments. So, rip-off, ineffective and dangerous. I have tried contacting them via their website but, given what I have read here, I am not holding my breath.

I needed to return the product I bought. They said it would be easy. Just complete the online form. I did it on two separate occasions. NO response at all. Dreadful customer service.
