While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They consistently have issues with…Quality & Service issues abound

They consistently have issues with quality control - items are sold as children sizes but are actually adult sizes, and there are holes, significant wear, etc. In the past they provided solutions when that would happen. The last purchase the bag was shown as delivered but arrived 3 days later. My most recent customer service response was beyond horrible - and they accused me of trying to scam them because I pointed out the bag was not delivered so they were going to investigate- and a week later they were going to credit me for the missing bag, but by then the bag was delivered so I immediately told them not to credit it (trail of this is easily seen in the email chain). However, the next day they emailed to accused me of lying to them about the bag being missing. When I wrote back and pointed out their error and that this was an issue of their poor systems, I received no reply. It's horribly managed with terrible customer service, I'd avoid it unless you don't care about quality.

Schoola use to be good, not so anymore

USA company that use to be good. When it started, they had a wonderful system: people donate clothes, they sell them, the donors school gets a cut, they keep the rest. They still do it the same way, but now they charge all sorts of fees, service charges, postage. They got to big to fast and the original founder Stacey Boyd (a mom) sold the company. It's not worth shopping or donating here anymore. Sad, it was a good thing, but not now. Stay away from Schoola.
