This book activity is such an amazing keepsake for the kids, where it encourages reading, open-ended questions, while the kids are being read to, and allows each child to know that anything is possible, where they can publish their book and so much more! This activity encourages them to write and draw and builds their self-confidence.

The ease of the directions to make these books is fantastic! I have made one with my classes for years and every year it gets better and better.
The books are well done and last for years to come.

The step by step instructions and ability to print multiple template pages in case of a mistake made making this book user friendly.

The process was slightly confusing at first because of all the paperwork that was required to set the book up, but once I understood how everything was organized it was a smooth process. The students absolutely LOVED creating the books and the idea of being published authors. The parents were satisfied with the pricing and were ecstatic when they saw the final product. I will absolutely be working with School Mate Publishing again in the future!

Schoolmate makes everything so easy from ordering material to sending in completed material to publish books. I always do this at the end of 1st grade and to watch my students get excited and to have some family’s order the book. I look forward to doing it again next t year.

You made the process so easy and our book came out beautiful! The only downfall is the price for the price for our students to purchase the book. We are a Title 1 school in Florida and most of my students come from low income and/or homeless families and cannot afford to purchase the book. And our school does not have that kind of funding to purchase them for them :(
