Great experience overall. The course was clear and well supported, and I learned a lot about teaching and writing in my own words rather than sounding textbook. Feedback was helpful and helped me improve. I feel more confident going into my next unit.

What I particularly liked about this training course is that when often receiving assignment feedback, some tutors only focus on what's missing or what needs to be added. While my tutor gave me suggested amendments to improve my coursework, she always praised me for my efforts and the standard of my work so far which really made a difference in keeping my motivation up! :)

It has been many years since I was last in an academic environment studying for a qualification. I was expecting an easy ride and saw this as a formality. However, what became clear to me about Britannia was the standards they expect their students to perform to. Many distance learning programs can allow old bad habits to suffice but the support and encouragement I received from both the tutor (Clare) and assessor (Arsalan) respectively in completing my assignments and making sure they were of the required standard was immensely helpful to me. They gave insightful feedback that helped me to see where I needed to improve whilst also highlighting the things I did well. This is important when you've been out of an academic environment for so long. I would definitely recommend them for the standards they hold for students and the support they provide.

I found the experience of Britannia School of Academics very good. It has a professional moodle setup whereby you access your course materials and referencing materials. It is very easy to follow and laid out in an easy to follow fashion. I decided to chose the 'fast track' option, but in essence it has taken around 5 weeks to complete, which is fine. Assessment on the live lesson was engaging and tutor feedback was prompt, detailed and allowed me to amend any tasks that required very quickly.

It is a very good experience from start to end. My tutor and assessor Ashley and Muhammad Arslan supported me very much. Though am new to documenting my work and using references, they guided me in every step and helped me to improve my skills. Very positive and constructive feedback on my micro-teach sessions really encouraged me to complete my course at my own speed. No pressure just constant learning process.

It is easy to get in touch with the company for queries - and the company are responsive to questions. As my course was online this was so important for me. It has been many years since I have submitted an essay and Clare my tutor was very supportive. Her feedback was detailed, relevant, kind and constructive. Thank you

The enrolment process was simple and straightforward, and the price of the course was very reasonable compared to others I looked at. Everything was explained clearly from the beginning which made getting started easy.

The course content was well organised and the work was smooth and easy to understand. The tutors are supportive and explained things in a practical way, which made the learning process much easier to follow. The customer service is knowledgeable.

Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills.

The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. The hero was the level of Tutor/Assessor suppport. They demonstrated the content of the course practically in the way that the assessed & provided feedback. Despite being fully qualified in South Africa, I decided to embark on re-qualifying in the UK. It was a good learning experience and I have enroled on the next course.

Just finished my Level 3 Award in Education and Training! It felt difficult for me, being a mature student, but the support of my tutor, Clare, and the flexibility with time to do the course made it possible!

I especially appreciated the patience and professionalism shown by the team, as English is not my first language and completing written assignments was a personal challenge for me. With their support, I successfully completed and passed all units.

Highly recommend - Five Star!
I enrolled on the level 3 Award in Education and Training at the end of October 2025 and have just submitted my final assignment (fingers crossed)! I cannot recommend the academy highly enough. I was a little dubious at first paying for an online course as I was unsure whether it was legit and if so, whether I would be provided the support I required. I was assigned a tutor from day one called Ashley who was super quick at getting back to me with any query I had and very helpful indeed. The course was very well organised and cannot fault it at all! There is an app you cannot download which is very useful and the online system is very easy to use. There are lots of extremely helpful learning resources to guide you through every step of the way - it is almost fool proof. I was very worried about unit 2 which includes a micro teach session which I chose to do via zoom but I totally should not have been worried! The other learners were so lovely that they put me at ease straight away! Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed distance learning and will miss spending every spare moment at my laptop! I would definitely use Britannia for any future study and my only regret is that I spent so long deliberating whether to enrol, I wish I had done it sooner! If you are considering booking a course - do it now!!!

I recently completed my course level 5 teaching and training and had a very positive experience from start to finish.
It was not easy but I felt very supported and I was able to get through it without having to worry about deadliness.
The support throughout the programme was excellent, and the feedback I received was always clear, detailed, and constructive. It really helped me improve my work and understand exactly what was required.
