I am so disappointed with how school of…

I am so disappointed with how school of health. It feels like everything is a scam to get you to spend money on fake certificates.

I had always felt like the course are too cheap to be trusted. I had requested for one certificate course I did but it’s over a months and haven’t received it even though they asked me to confirm my address which I did.

I have tried several times to reach out to them called and email them but no response. Asked for a refund no response.

Update

I'd agree with previous poster. I found the course materials actually quite good as a refresher however the transcript doesn't materialise and Paypal kindly refunded me.

UPDATE 25/09
I got my certificate on the course page! I tried contacting them through online chat feature. I don't know did this influence the fact as I didn't get a reply. I just saw the certificate on my completed course page, so thank God, I'm chuffed now. Also it's free to get a digital (pdf) so try that anyone who's stuck, just don't request transcript, which incurs extra fee.

Completed a course Leadership and…

Completed a course Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare advertised on Indeed. Since 1st of August, I have paid for the certificate and still haven't received it. One the 4th August, I received an email stating "We hope you're well.
Could you please confirm if the following address is correct?" This I found weird as the payment align with the delivery address and moreover I am registered with the provider. Ok, my details is confirmed and still no information as the certificate sent out. I have tried numerous times contacting the learner support who is Luca Andrews on the number provided on the email but this number is not recognised. I have also gone bit further and found that School of Healthcare comes under Britania School of Healthcare. This time the number rang. Ther was two option to select from with the intention some will answer, however neither option works regardless which you choose it kept repeating the option until call cuts off. Now I am very concern that learners include myself at risk of been put in a volunerable situation especially when money is involve. I have trusted Indeed for years which led to me complting a course advertised through their website. I would have thought they have done their "Due Diligence " to prevent Learner been put in situation like this. I am not the only person experienced or experiencing this awful behaviour from School of Healthcare. I urgently call for again to prevent student having to tolerate this outrageous behaviour from providers that do not respect and value their learners.
